    OIL LEAK DAY 2

    If you would like to buy a car that has BLOWN HEAD GASKET or LEAKING VALVE GASKET the following day of your purchase; go and buy your car from Wheels and Deals. As I said they will make it right for you but you will have car that potentially had blown head gasket, you will not know what went wrong with your car or even if its fixed appropriately because you will not get any receipts with repairs. THE CAR IS STILL SMELLS LIKE BURNT OIL. It’s not FIXED! Don’t buy vehicle from these folks. They sell lemons over there.

    NOTHING BUT LIES

    All these guys do is lie! I went in to buy a car and knowing the cars maintenance would be alot they offered a "Top of the line" warranty that was assured would cover almost everything especially electrical. During my time there I asked over and over again and so did my bf and they said "Yes, it covers bumper to bumper". Guess what? An additional $4-5k later it covers practically nothing!!! So far I had to pay over $1k out of pocket on top of what I paid for a warranty that was guaranteed to cover. The other seller was crazy pushy almosr demanding our info to run credit while the other lied to us about the warranty!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! xxxx NO I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE NOT EVEN AN ENEMY!!!!!!

    Bitter sweet trip

    My wife called ahead to see if they did in house finance and someone at the dealer told her yes. I drove all the way from Federal Way to see this truck and when I get there they say they don't. Thats the only reason I made the trip. The truck was in awesome shape and the people were pretty nice but it just felt like a waisted trip.

    I stopped here after many dealerships and found exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the cost. The salesmen were honest and quick. They didn't try to get me into something I didn't want. I will refer all my friends in the north end and I think my mom is coming back to purchase from here as well.

    Don't waste your time here.

    Awful, first time car buyer from a dealer, at first they seemed cool Jorge and Pat were very welcoming and helpful in picking out a car. The car I got has few issues the glove box doesn't open they said they'd fix it, but when I took it in to get fixed they said they couldn't fix it and that was it, they said I need to go pay a shop to fix it "it's not their problem". I didn't have insurance so they made me get insurance while I was there, i couldnt drive it off the lot unless i had insurance that they could FAX to wells fargo dealer service. They said it didn't matter what insurance I got so I got liability not knowing they require full coverage they said it was fine. A few months later I got a notice in the mail saying wells Fargo was going to take my car if they didn't get proof of my insurance because wheels and deals never faxed it like they said they were going to. About a month later I got another notice in the mail stating that wells Fargo pulled out additional insurance for me so I had full coverage which i did not realize i needed at this point, which added another $98 to my car payment per month which is more than double I'm paying through my insurance for full coverage now. Everytime I have called them asking questions and trying to figure out why these things happened they don't give me a straight answer. All of these things could be easily avoided through better communication but wheels n deals is just trying to sell cars I guess. If I had known how this was going to go I would have gone to a different dealership.

    Internet buyers don't waste your time

    If you buy your vehicles via the internet I do not recommend this dealer. I can't comment for the service department or facility but as far as the Sales Department its poor at best. If someone says they are going to do something they should do it. The response time and genuine sincerity of not only the sale reps but the management team are lacking. In my opinion its a waste of time to contact this dealer.

    Great car. Great people. Very surprised that an independent non franchise dealer would be this easy to deal with. They have great cars and a spotless facility. My credit is far from perfect but they treated me great and helped me find a car and get me financed. Highly recomend

    I had been looking for a Tahoe or Yukon, 4wd for quite some time, I was on the computer daily looking at all the vehicles for sale. I finally saw one I liked, some what close to home. I went to wheels on deals, talked to ozzie [Osvaldo] after I'd walked around the lot for a bit, i went to the Yukon I was there to see and buy. He went and got the keys after introducing himself, backed the rig into better lighting for me to walk around it, open all the doors etc. We took it for a spin, made sure all worked well no noises, or smells, vibrations, etc. Of course I ended up buying it, the price was what I was willing to pay, the mileage was in the ball park, the vehicle condition was great. The thing that made me feel comfortable was ozzie was very professional, he did not act like my best friend, or chap his lips on my tail, I left there with a new ride and felt great, I didn't feel like I got took or anything. I waited around a little bit as the loan process was accepted and completed, the place is clean very well maintained, shiny floors, clean bathroom, T.V. 's I would recommend anyone to go there.

    I had a wonderful experience buying my first car from Wheels and Deals, excellent customer service throughout the office, they helped me get a 2010 VW Jetta with no problem. Christy was really great and helped every step of the way, stop in and see her!!

    Definitely the best experience I've had at a dealership! I walked in and knew which car I was interested in, and Jae's customer service was excellent. Gave me a good review of the outside and inside of the car, then immediately asked if I wanted to test drive it. Great value on a used car that was pretty much brand new. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle in excellent condition!
