    My experience with Westshore overall warrants a 5 star review. My primary sales rep- Kenzii- was fantastic. The finance manager, Shane, also fantastic. I am pleased to have purchased my CR-V here, and will recommend them to others. My trade was given a fair value, the purchase price of my CR-V was fair and transparent, and the team was earnest and honest in their pursuit of my business. The one note I will make: the management was prone to directing the negotiation and conversation to my boyfriend and not me- even though this transaction was entirely mine and he was just along for the ride. I recognize most couples make decisions together, but it felt like an unconscious bias. Just something to keep an eye out for when you visit ladies- don't be afraid to redirect the conversation back to you.

    Love the car, hated the experience

    My experience with Westshore Honda was absolutely horrific. They made many promises that they went back on last minute starting with the test drive. Then, they took my payment prior to my authorization and using a method of payment that I did not authorize. They had said they needed my account information to verify that my personal checks wouldn't bounce, and instead of verifying my account information they withdrew funds when my personal checks were sitting at their office. Then, when I called I spoke with multiple people, none of whom could locate my checks and promised to call me back for an update. I did not received a single call back from any of the salesmen, managers, finance or accounting people I spoke with. Then, they had said they would deliver the car to me. After two days of them having my money and me fighting with the salesmen and the managers about when they would deliver the car (which they kept promising was 'on the way' but could never give me details as to who was delivering the car or what time the car would be delivered) I had to find a ride over to the dealership, which was an hour and a half away from my house, to pick up the car myself. After all these problems, when I showed up to the dealership none of the people I had worked with actually stayed to see that I got the car and all the paperwork. Not only did I need the keys, but I needed to pick up my checks and paperwork, when I arrived at the dealership no one knew what was going on or where any of my things were, other than the just keys to the car.

    RUSS BAILEY IS AWESOME

    Russ Bailey was beyond extraordinary. We walked into Honda Westshore on a Sunday afternoon in hopes of finding a minivan for our growing family as baby #3 is on the way. He was personable, friendly, understanding, considerate, and didn't pressure us at all. Russ is a down-to-earth caring person but also knowledge about the prod ucts, cars, and the process in general. He was patient with us when we needed time to talk in private to make some decisions. We were extremely grateful that Russ is the sales person whom helped us that day.... and needless to say, we went home having purchased a certified pre-owned minivan for our soon to be party of / family of 5 !! THANK YOU RUSS BAILEY !!

    #4500 in dealer addons!?

    Buyer beware. Every sticker includes a $900 fee for documentation PLUS a $2500 "Westshore Advantage" package that includes the normal BS addons like sealants, plus some suspect COVID thing, and other stuff that is unnecessary and insulting. Run away!

    Worst experience ever. I never write reviews but I would like to save someone from what I went through. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this dealership at all costs. There are so many better dealerships on Dale Mabry that will provide better service. Bought a car with a broken windshield called multiple times to get it fixed got the runaround and after over a month of having the car they finally fixed it. Jeff from finance is very unpleasant unprofessional rude individual. Not to mention there were issues with my car that were not disclosed to me. After finally reaching a manager (Chris) I thought I was able to get things straightened out. Until I got calls and texts that their copy machine isn’t legible for the bank, so they need to make more copies and my insurance card doesn’t work for them. Please avoid this dealership. They don’t even deserve the one star.

    Be Careful and Do Your Homework

    Went to this dealership for a used car. Had an initial positive experience and found a vehicle.we were very interested in purchasing. Sales associate was great and gave us paperwork on the vehicle before we left. After additional web search and review of the paperwork, we realized the dealership had the car priced almost $3k above what was noted online, the price at this dealership did not include tax/tag/title so that was not the discrepancy. We also noted that the car had been at the dealership for two months when the sales associate told us that it had just come in that day. We noted these discrepancies to the sales associate who really had nothing to say. We shopped elsewhere and came out with a better deal all the way around. Be careful with this dealership.

    Unacceptable

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. Made an appointment to purchase an S2000 that had been taken in on trade. Arrived to see that the car had 101k on the dash when the pictures online had 95k, interestingly enough the driver front wheel was also cracked and damaged as well as the rear wheel on the driver side along with the front lip. NONE of this damage was on the car in the pictures posted by the dealership just a couple days prior so clearly they allowed an employee to put approx. 6k miles on the vehicle as well as causing damage. Front brake line is ziptied to the coilover. The manager deflected answering our questions regarding the new mileage and damage by repeatedly asking “do you want to buy the car” as well as letting me know that no one has driven it which is clearly a BLATANT lie considering the new damage and mileage...we couldn’t even test drive the vehicle if we wanted to because it’s clearly a safety hazard but they didn’t seem to mind sending us out in it. This experience was the epitome of why the automotive industry gets such a bad wrap.

    We leased our Honda Accord when it was Kuhn Honda. On Monday we went down to the dealer to purchase our lease. We already had financing through out bank but I wanted to see if they could beat our credit unions interest rate. They tried to add almost $2,000 in fees for us to purchase the car. I called them out on it and they said Honda Finance was wrong and we had to pay the fees. Well we left I had my credit union send out a check for the payoff amount and saved the bogus fees they tried to charge us. If you want to purchase your lease get the financing on your own and purchase it without going to the car dealer because they will try to rip you off. They also had the nerve to check our credit knowing that they were not going to tell us what interest rates they were offering. I guess they didn’t believe us when I told them we have excellent credit but now they have seen that we do. We always qualify for the lowest interest rate. I will never do business with this dealer.
