    I couldn't be more pleased with how the customer service team-- from the initial contact through this website, to texting to answer questions, to scheduling a test drive and making the purchase. Everyone was very helpful. On discovering there was no spare tire when arriving home, Vic Bailey Ford even offered to order one at their expense and deliver it to our home. It was worth the drive from Greenville to Spartanburg for sure.

    Bought a Lincoln MKS at Vic Bailey. Was told the keyless entry code would be on a card in the owners manual. About a month later decided to try the code. No card! Went to the dealership and was told by the service department it would cost $100.00 to retrieve the code, and that it didn't matter that I bought the car there! I had purchased three cars there in four years. Never again.

    Excellent Sales Experience!

    Found a truck I was interested in and sent them a message after hours. I received a phone call from Ashley the next day as soon as they opened. I told her which truck I was interested in, and she told me to let her know when I wanted to come by and she would make sure it was still there. I texted her about an hour later to tell her I was on my way. I got there and the truck was pulled up front, waiting for me. The experience was then turned over to Abby, who was exceptional throughout the test drive and buying process. When it was time for financing, I was shown different warranty options, but I wasn't pressured into buying anything, which is a huge plus for me. The whole transaction only took about two hours, from the time I walked in the door to when I drove off the lot with my new truck. Definitely one of the best buying experiences I've ever had at a dealership, and I would recommend Vic Bailey to anyone!

    I purchased a used vehicle on April 13, 2019. I usually don't purchase used vehicles but was looking for one now. I found one vehicle on the Internet that I was interested in so I drove over just to take a look. I was soon talking to Nathaniel Beaver who is one of their sales people. My past experiences with other sales people has been that they are usually too pushy or trying to sell me something I do not want. Mr. Beaver was a nice change. I told him what we wanted to look at and he soon had the vehicle in front of us and my wife took a test drive and then I took a test drive and we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. My past experience has been that it was going to be a long day as I in the past have spent over 4 hours negotiating a price and I said I would never do that again. Well, good news, I didn't have to this time. Mr. Beaver and the sales manager made it a quick experience. Our negotiation took all of maybe 10 minutes when I was satisfied that the price offered was a fair price and we purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend Mr. Beaver to be your "guide" which purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. He never attempted to sell me something I did not want and he is very knowledgeable and can answer your questions you may have about a Ford product or a used vehicle.
