    Greats Sales, Terrible Strong arm tactics

    Everything was great, we met a wonderful sales person named Nick, he took the time to help us find the car that would best suit our needs. He was very well spoken, knowledgeable and respectful (5 stars to Nick). The dealership in itself was presented nicely. However, the strong arm tactics used by the manager in attempting to close the deal before we were ready, left us feeling soured in the experience and reluctant to return. Did not care for the manager talking badly about his sale person even after we advised he had done everything right and "blaming" him for us not being ready to purchase. In reality, we are just people who take our time in making a major purchase decision.

    My wife and i went to the dealer browsing thru the SUV’s and didn’t have much intentions on buying a vehicle that day. But i have to say the way Jacob treated us and his willingness to help us was amazing! Also, he was able to get us some great numbers that were hard to refuse. Jonathan was great as well, helped me thru the service area and speeding up the process because it took a bit too long. Overall, great experience great team. No pressure at buying point and if had to buy another vehicle most likely will be from them. Thank you

    Did not buy. Bounced because they wouldn’t even tell me if they had the car I wanted without my trade in information which I wasn’t sure I was even going to trade in. Ridiculous waste of time.

    YOU deserve better!

    Three days wasted attempting to complete a deal on a Hyundai Accent. Was pawned off to three different people who had no clue what they were doing. We were lured in with Internet Pricing and the $3500 Cash for Clunkers program. After three days of trying to submit our a paperwork we were finally contacted and magically the car price escalated by thousands, as well as the monthly cost increasing from $198 to $350. Mishandling from the bottom up. John Booth who claimed to be the Store Manager got involved, left a message for us, and minutes later when I called back he had left for the day. Never heard back from him. Like I said, no follow-up. Take your hard earned money elsewhere my friends. YOU deserve better!

    Professional and understandable dealership

    We have been to all kinds of car dealerships before we went to this one and they were all very rude and did not work with our needs. The environment was extremely peaceful and every staff was highly understandable. The salesman Justin Salazar was very helpful and professional with us. He fought really hard to find the perfect car with perfect services for us! I highly recommend Justin Salazar.

    Beware of Scam!

    The salesman my sister worked with to buy her car lied on her application, then the deal “fell through” with the bank and she had to return the vehicle. Once she did they charged her $250 for bogus fees! This is part of a spot delivery scam and will be reported to FTC and BBB

    Very Professional

    My son and I were greeted immediately and with a smile by the receptionist. I had scheduled an appointment window ahead of time and we did not have to wait more than a few minutes before we met Pedro Tavares as our Sales Consultant. He was extremely friendly, knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to bring the car around that we had discussed. We took a thorough test drive, during which time his description of the car and it's features was thorough, easily understood and very helpful. After the drive, my son threw him a bit of a curve ball and asked about a different car. Pedro never blinked and had no problem getting us a comparison for both cars. We then moved on to the price negotiations. The back and forth was very open and it was at this point that we also met Juan Colon, who I assume was a Sales Manager. Both Pedro and Juan were very open about pricing and there was no attempt at "low-balling" (as opposed to another dealer we had visited). They then worked very hard to get the best possible loan rate, which was not a simple straightforward situation, but they got it done. Finally, David Spurgin was the Finance Manager who we met with to finalize the deal and he could not have been nicer. He went over all the numbers, did not do any hard sell for add ons, and even managed to find a way to find a few dollars of added saving. When we were finished, Pedro had had the car fully detailed and reviewed all the car functions with my son and made sure he understood all before he drove off the lot. In summary, If looking for a Hyundai anywhere in the Orlando area, you can't go wrong with Universal Hyundai, or the above people who work there.
