by dcowboy from Rialto, CA | January 15, 2021Internet sales are dishonest. After a week of back an forth and coming up with a deal I scheduled a time to go and sign and pick up my new car. Well guess what, Tyler Lopez, who was supposed to meet me was nowhere to be found. A different fella came out and tried to sell me something different. When I explained that I had a deal sent to me and I had spoke to Tyler 3hrs prior, he check and the deal was not doable. Wasted my time and gas. I emailed management and Tyler after I left and they duly ignored it. Watch yourself with these people they are dishonest. I ended up going to Honda and getting treated like a customer that I am. Loving my Accord Hybrid.

I love my truck BUT I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them. They lied from the beginning, it was the little lies of 1. yes there was an advertisement on full tank of gas but that was not our advertisement and we will only do 1/2 tank 2. truck needed a wheel alignment before I took possession but when I picked it up and questioned if it was done no one could answer me and when I asked for the paperwork the manager came and said that they do not provide paperwork but it was done 3. the worst of the whole thing is that I paid for my truck in full but when I got the registration it had Sunrise Ford as a lienholder. xxx I called the office many times and also visited numerous times in person but no one could fix the problem. I did not get the pink slip (proof of ownership) until late November, 8 months after I paid them in full. I felt lied to and disrespected. I have bought from Ford all my life BUT I will never go to Sunrise Ford again. Took total advantage of a disabled woman. Never again

by Onfyr4god21 from Fontana ca | December 15, 2020This has been the worst experience ever. They promised they had checked the truck for all mechanical issues and said it was perfect. I asked for the extended warranty and they said the truck was to old. Truck was an 07 f250 Diesel had 74,000 miles so not a lot.bought the truck. Talk to my mechanic and said that he would not have bought it Because of the issues with that truck design and year. Went back the next day less than 24 hrs later and they said sorry we are not going to take the truck back. I said I do not want the truck because of potential issues. Again, they said we have been through the entire engine and the truck is perfect. They also said there is no way they will take the truck back. So, I felt like I had no choice but to keep it at this point. 3 months go by and no problems. 4 months in after the warranty is out egr cool blows and causes it to over heat , I take it to ford to see if the will honor the warranty even though it had just expired a month before and they told me no and I told them what about how you guys said it was in perfect condition???? They again said sorry we will not do anything for you. Took it to a different mechanic 3500$ damage. Two weeks after that fuel gage sender goes out$1000. 3 weeks after that the truck will not dart once it is hot so I’m now back at The mechanic. I would never buy from them nor would I recommend anyone buy from them used or new. They do not care about people . All they are about is marketing and making the sale. They will say anything to get you to sign .

by John Nguli from Rialto , california | December 10, 2020i left very upset and disatisfied. i came in on 12/7/2020 for oil change service and needed further assitance with service after inspection points recommend. i was to return following day for front breaks change and probably bushes replacement as well as wheel alighning. but on return, i was told parts were not ordered as planned and that they would arrive at 4pm. sounded like someone did not want my business. I had to pull my vehicle from your yard. first inwas very annoyed that your mechanics would take apart my vehicle with no parts readly available. then was told another lame excuse that parts were ordered from ford motor company and they were ot delivered and then suzie says" or we could order them local". isnt that it what you should have done the previous day???. i left ford service department with a turn of issues on my vehicle while i had hopes the dealership service department could have helped me. i bought tye same vehicle from your dealership and it sounded like you couldnt deliver. Honda had to come to my rescue and atleast fix my breaks. now am left with wheel balancing, suspension bushes that need replacement and i have t even figuered whi h dealersgip to approach. thus has left me thinking it was a mistake to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that cabt service its own brands. Maybe this is a way to tell me to look at honda dealership for my next purchase. lady service advisor appeared not to be confident on what she was doing. some of the things she recommended didnt need to worry me. it appeared like all she was doing to me was make more money for the dealership than help with with my service and repair needs.

Felton was a great help over the phone with sending me info about the truck . Once we agreed on price I then stated I lived an hour away and needed the truck delivered to my home to complete the sale . With no hesitation, he agreed and later that night we completed the sale of my brand new 2020 f250. Thanks again !
