Listed car on CARS.COM not available for sale
    by Doc J from Davison | July 27, 2020

Called on a vehicle on Monday afternoon, was told the car was still available and probably would sell quickly, so come and check it out. Made the 2 hr drive Tuesday morning just to be told --- sorry, the convertible top doesn't work, and they can't get the parts to repair it. This was within 20 hrs of being told to drive there and look at it. I had cash in hand and basically wasted 4 hrs of my life, when all they needed to do was be truthful.

    Horrible and liars
    by HateCadillac from Troy,Mi | October 27, 2019

Don’t ever go to this dealership. Service will lie to your face and force you to buy things you don’t need. They lie about work that has been done.

    Brake Issue
by Steve and Bob from Troy, MI | March 02, 2019

Brakes going to floor before stopping. Diagnosis done 10/9/18 no problem found. Back on 11/11/18 same problem on two occasions. Dealer told me I needed front and rear pads. Same problem again twice after. Returned in January 2019. Told it was master cylinder. I feel that this was the problem originally and the master cylinder should have been replaced in November instead of pads and rotors. Grinding and noise come with bad pads which I did not have. Brakes going to the floor is a sign of a bad master cylinder. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the incorrect diagnosis I received from them on 11/1118 which is causing me additional substantial cost

    Never again.
by Matthew Z from Troy, MI | August 22, 2018

If there was a zero star rating, these guys would get it. This place is the reason I will never get another Cadillac or probably GM. First off, walk in and be ignored. Had an appointment. Had to announce to the room that I existed. Then I'm told the squeaky brakes on a lease are my problem. Not worn brakes, defective brakes. Second leased Cadillac, loud brakes on both of them since Day one. A $50k car that sounds like a 92 Ford Escort. While I was being told I am wrong, another customer spoke up and said she's dealing with similar BS from these people. Then I'm told I have to pay to fix the problem. I explained this is a defect and they are responsible. They said no. I told them this is horrible service and they gloated how they were the best reviewed. So I told them I'll review them too. Don't buy a Cadillac. Don't go to these people.

    They don't respect your time...
by Alex from Troy, MI | August 10, 2018

Almost leased my Escalade from this dealer a couple years ago and would have if the salesperson didn't ignore my calls and emails for 2 days when the deal needed to be done before the end of that month. Finally got a response after I found another dealer that gave me a better price and service on the same model on a Saturday then picked it up on Monday. A couple years later, I scheduled a service appointment two days out and clarified that I cannot be without a car, so they reserved a loaner as I have always received with any Cadillac dealership. I peeled away from my office while I was busy to drop my Escalade off to find out they do not have any loaners available. I took out both of my kids' car seats and removed my things ahead of time and wasted an hour for nothing. The service guy's response was "sorry I don't have anything for you man" and that was it. He didn't seem to give a sh*t. I was really hoping I would get my next car from here once my lease is up next year since they're close to my house and office, but this is the second time they showed me customer service isn't priority here. I will not step back in this dealership.

    Very bad diagnoses on repair
by paul m dubois from OAKLAND | July 27, 2018

I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle here again. And here is why. I had an oil leak in my 07 Escalade. I looked underneath the truck over the course of 2 weeks trying to figure out where it was coming from. It appeared to be coming from somewhere near the top of the engine and running down and back, but I could not say for certain. So I decided to take it to the deal to have it looked at. They responded with a $950 oil pan, a $2000 rear main seal and a $1400 valley pan gasket. This was a shocker but I needed to do something. The leak was about a 4 diameter spot after sitting all day. So I asked, what was the worst of the leaks, the dealer responded with “the oil pan and the other items could wait if I had to but the oil pan was the worst.” So I moved forward with the oil pan. After picking up my truck from the dealerships when the oil pan was replaced, I driving it 6 miles and parking it at work. After being there for about 6 hours, oil on the ground was just as bad as before. No improvement at all. They told me the majority of the leak was coming from the oil pan. That does not seem to be the case. So I contacted the dealer to share the issue. And well before the dealer got back with me, I decided to look into these items myself. So I started doing research on the rear main seal. I found out that there was a access cover on the bell housing of the transmission that would give me a little access where the rear main seal is located. So I pulled the trans bell housing cover off and used a rag and wiped the inside, and to my surprise, it was clean as a whistle. There was zero oil residue inside the bell housing. It was without a doubt that the rear main seal was not leaking and there is no way that they even looked at it. So onto the valley cover. after research, I pulled the intake manifold off to reveal the valley cover (took me 30 min) and I discovering that the valley pan was covered in oil, not just a little, but lots of oil. So I cleaned it up, reinstalled the intake and drove it for a few miles, returned home, pulled the intake manifold off again and again it was covered in oil. Seems to me that the valley pan may have been the culprit all along. So I ordered a new OEM Delco valley pan for $225. Received it in 2 days. Than installed it. The install took me no more that 3 hours, and I had never done this before. So today I now drive around with ZERO oil leaks. I than called the deal and left them a message explain the above. The deal called me back afterwards and left me next voice mail (which I still have). PS He did not completely listen to my voice mail, and this is obvious. He said “Sorry for your inconvenience, normally a valley pan replacement would cost $1400, but I can give you a deal for $1200. I'm currently un happy with the diagnosis of the leak, or the cost of the repair that seems to not have been needed. I’m also not happy with the estimate for the repair at $1200 that was required as I did the repair for $225 and 3 hours of my time.
