  I was treated professionally and with curiously. However when vehicle purchased it was specified that I Edna was to make the purchase solely. with both of our financial info taken, at signing my spouse Warren "feels he was forced to be primary signature" . To date he is upset because he wants to purchase a truck in his own name in the near future!

  Bobby and Doug were great. My only complaints are the LED locked door indicator on the front passenger door does not illuminate, and the calendar advances to the next day 7 hours early.

  The staff was as usual, super professional, polite and custom focused. They are engaging while still respecting my time. Very clear about the actions to be done, ensuring any questions are answered. Provide me a good estimate for the service to be completed and advised me of the area I could wait in. Wait area is clean, comfy, had things to keep us entertained. I left and they stated they would call should the car be ready prior to my arrival back. Work was done on time, all actions completed and paperwork ready for me to go. The whole Stevens team excel in the are of customer experience. The number one reason I do business with them is the way they take care of the customer in all departments. Highly recommend them!!!

  My sales agent Lew was awesome He was honest and very trustworthy I must say. As a person that does not trust sales people since I always feel they are take advantage of people. This experience with Lew changed my thoughts. He spent days with me until I decided which vehicle I want and never complained. I even picked out a car and walked out that day not purchasing it and ask to give me time and he did . I was not pushed or did I feel rushed. Everything I was told I got no hideen anything I was amazed. I must also say the Dave the floor manager was also so helped spent time as well with me and explained everything as well as taking my calls to ask how I use the automatic start and what type of gas do I used. I am sure they smiled at that one. I never purchased a new car myself and I love my Fusion hybrid thanks to Lew and Steves ford for making this experience the best for me
