  I had bought a used one here, and your service dept. is the best. I never had it soo easy,with car repairs, and numerous occurrences. I had to buy one from Stevens Ford. I am also a loyal customer with Tommy. His is always patient and is honest. All of their salespeople are. I started with Tommy, and I just stayed with him. This is my third purchase thru only him.

  I have a 2012 ford explorer and I needed new brakes. The pricing was competitive and Manny gave great customer service as usual and he was training a new person who also gave great customer service with a smile. Good experience

  Stevens Ford was the fourth dealership I visited and was far the best experience. The three other dealerships did not want to spend time with me and Jenny did. Jenny was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and efficient and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

  Jenny Scheele was our salesperson and couldn't have been any more helpful. Dealer didn't have the exact car I wanted, Jenny search other dealerships and found my car. When we went to pick it up she took her time and explained all the features of the car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the dealership and to purchase another vehicle from her.   Good experience spotless showroom

  After we decided to lease a Ford Escape we were put into the customer lounge to wait to pay and deal with insurance company. The wait in the lounge was long however, Luis was nice enough to come over and check on us periodically. We had to go home and pick up our son and come back since it was getting late. The staff there were very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated that!

  Great car buying experience

  My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge from Stevens Ford. They were the only dealer on Long Island that had exactly what we wanted. Keith the sales person was great. He responded to my emails quickly. I had all the information about the car that I requested and the price was set (x-plan) before we set foot in the showroom. When we got there, the car was at the front door all ready to go for a test drive. Once we decided to take the car, it was detailed while we filled out the paperwork. We were in and out in two hours. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. Would definitely recommend this dealer to others. It's just too bad that we live too far away to use their service department.
