  No pressure. Convenient, easy, and accommodating of my busy schedule. Jonathan really took great care of me. I talked to him many times about pricing, financing, repairs, etc and he responded very quickly with all the info I needed.

  Absolute Best Car Buying Experience I Ever Had!

  I would like to start off by saying that I have never written a review of any kind for any purchase, but I just had to after the exceptional customer service I received from Jonathan and Scottsdale Auto Group. Jonathan was very transparent and took good care of me during every step of the purchasing process. ESPECIALLY, when it came to exercising my warranty on some common Tesla manufacturer issues. Tesla customer service isn't the easiest to deal when using a third party warranty company, but whenever I was receiving push back from either side, Jonathan would jump on the phone and go to battle for me. In the end, I was able to get reimbursed for all the repairs. On top of that, Jonathan wrote me a check for some cash back that I was entitled to, due to me rushing through the paperwork. That's integrity that one normally doesn't expect from car dealerships. I have purchased tons of cars over the years from every type of dealership, and I would have to say that this has been the most pleasant experience of them all. I will definitely be doing business with them again when the time comes.

  Amazing car buying experience

  I found the car I was looking for after weeks of searching. I live in California and found the car in Arizona at Scottsdale auto group and I'm now very happy I did. I called up and asked if the car was available and got ahold of Jonathan from their sales team. I told him my situation and he immediately went to work for me. He kept me up to date the whole way through the buying process. Just when I though it was all settled my original financing fell through and Jonathan immediately went to work on getting me preapproved through his financing department. His level of commitment and professionalism really blew me away and I could be a happier customer. I would strongly recommend scottadale auto group to anyone both in and or around the area for an amazing car buying experience.

  No real pressure to purchase this car. The car was spotless and drove like a dream, it basically sold itself. drove it to the bank and got a cashier's check and with a little financing, bought the car on the spot. They even arranged to ship the car to my house. made sure we had all the paperwork done so I didn't have to drive 100 miles to finish the process. would definitely do business with this company again. So much better than a dealership.
