Always great service!
I always use Scott Clark Honda for servicing my vehicle. They always do high quality work at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. I would recommend them for your service needs.
Overall it was a great service. They fixed everything that was wrong, but I did notice they left a heavy amount of oil on the bottom on my vehicle, so I cut a star on quality. Trever was a great rep and I highly encourage everyone to go to him. Some of the other reps weren’t as kind as I tried to check out, but then again not everyone can have a great day everyday.

Have used Scott Clark Honda to service my 2013 Honda Accord since it was new. Scott Hall service advisor is great. He keeps me informed on progress and on any areas that may need to be addressed. I would highly recommend. They also service our 2017 CRV.

I went to Scott Clark Honda yesterday and had a really poor experience I would like to share with you. I had my Civic Type R listed on Facebook marketplace. One of your salespeople, Kyle Lewis messaged me saying your dealership really wanted to buy my car. He said you agreed to give me $39k for it because I had an offer of $38k from Carmax. I went in yesterday around 5:30pm to sell my car to you. Kyle was unprofessional from the start. The entire time he was talking to me he was drinking a milkshake. I gave him the keys, registration and payoff. I was waiting until I saw $39k on a piece of paper before making a decision. I asked for $40k just to see what they would say and next thing I know one of your sales managers walks out and while standing over my mom and I tells me that oh it’s only $36-$37k. He never introduced himself so I don’t know his name. I asked, “why?” his response is that Kyle said, “he was trying to get me $39k, not that he got it for me”. Also the manager said, “another manager started this but left so I took over and this is all I’m giving you”. So I walked out only to realize the manager still had my registration. When I went back in I asked Kyle what happened and he said, “it’s probably because you asked for more money”. All he had to say was no and leave at $39k not drop it and play games. So either the salesperson is a liar or the sales manager is a liar.

Go somewhere else don’t deal with this group. Called the corporate office and was given NO help. Called the manager multiple times and never returned call. Be WARNED!!!!

Went for a simple oil change, took over twice as long as long as it should. While I finally went out into the holding area to inquire, I saw that my car was sitting there and not back in the garage getting worked on. There were several employees at computer stations around the room, but I could not get anybody’s attention to ask for help. When I finally got someone to acknowledge me, he was extremely rude. I finally tracked down the guy I had worked with and paid. He then left with no instructions on how to get my car out of the holding area. Finally I figured out how to leave. This was horrible customer service experience and to make matters worse, my warning lights (on a brand new car) came on, on my way home. Frustrating, to say the least.
