    Very fast and efficient. Appointment was at 7:15 and I was out by 8:30..also checked my car fir my upcoming trip. Very clean and even washed my car

    Overall it was a great service. They fixed everything that was wrong, but I did notice they left a heavy amount of oil on the bottom on my vehicle, so I cut a star on quality. Trever was a great rep and I highly encourage everyone to go to him. Some of the other reps weren’t as kind as I tried to check out, but then again not everyone can have a great day everyday.

    Go somewhere else don’t deal with this group. Called the corporate office and was given NO help. Called the manager multiple times and never returned call. Be WARNED!!!!

    Awful experience

    Went for a simple oil change, took over twice as long as long as it should. While I finally went out into the holding area to inquire, I saw that my car was sitting there and not back in the garage getting worked on. There were several employees at computer stations around the room, but I could not get anybody’s attention to ask for help. When I finally got someone to acknowledge me, he was extremely rude. I finally tracked down the guy I had worked with and paid. He then left with no instructions on how to get my car out of the holding area. Finally I figured out how to leave. This was horrible customer service experience and to make matters worse, my warning lights (on a brand new car) came on, on my way home. Frustrating, to say the least.

    Went for oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change. It went off without a hitch. Easy to make appointment online for next morning. Finished in an hour or so.

    Natasha was the best source, salesperson, kind and helpful. She goes around with patients, explaining all the details about the different types of cars. Willing to drive us around and gave the option to drop the new car wherever we need.
