  After a lot of bad experiences with other dealers. I was able to find exactly what I needed. The sales person who helped me was friendly and concerned with helping me. No one was in a rush and was able to take his time in assisting me.

  Wow they made thr car buying process easy and effortless. When I didn't have the full down payment right away we explained our situation and they put us in a rental from Kia sales for a couple weeks til we had the down payment. Would be back again to buy another car top notch service this is how all dealers should be

  I visited the dealership on 1/25/2020 to test drive a used vehicle. I worked with Derek Torres and it was a great experience from the initial phone call and through out my time there. Derek was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I also spoke with the manager? Who was also very helpful and knowledgeable with determining the trade in value of my car and with financing. Although I did not buy the vehicle as it did not meet my needs, I would certainly look forward to purchasing a car in the future with Ron Bouchard's in Fitchburg, MA. Highly recommend.
