    Kyle at Rollit Motors is an excellent salesperson!

    I found a 2017 Nissan Leaf online at Rollit Motors. I was initially reluctant to work with a used car dealership! We went to Rollit Motors to inspect the car and were introduced to our salesperson Kyle. When we arrived Kyle asked us if we were requiring masks, to which I responded yes. Throughout our whole sales experience Kyle made sure that masks were in place. Made us quite comfortable. I worked with Kyle to get permission to take the car to the Nissan dealership to have the high voltage battery checked and all was good! We determined that we would purchase the care and Kyle set it up. We tried to bargain but the dealership was selling the car significantly below the KBB price and would not budge (you gotta try!) The whole process was simple and friendly. Kyle is an extremely honest and professional salesperson! We would highly recommend that you work with Kyle for a great deal! We have had the car for two weeks and are extremely happy! Kyle changed our perception of used car sales people! Thank you!

    *WARNING* Bad customer service and a RIP OFF

    Bob Schoeppel was not helpful at all,rude and was just trying to make a sale. Be careful when trying to look at cars here or maybe speak with someone else other then bob. Dealership seems like a huge rip off to me. He tried to have me put 3,000 down on a 2004 car when I have looked at newer vehicles that didn’t even need 2,000. Don’t buy from here !

    ROCKIN IT OVER AT ROLLITS

    I went to Rollits after seeing a car i was interested in on Cars.com and after i had already been in contact with one of the sales reps a very nice and extremely helpful gentlemen named Bob. I checked out the car and it was a dream come true. i went threw with buying the car because you cant beat the deal i got... 2009 Subaru Impreza Hatchback with just under 76,000 miles on it priced at under $7,000 and the car was clean inside and out... a steal if you ask me. The people who work there are all very nice and helpful and id recommend anyone to go check them out.

    WORST EXPERIENCE

    Friday, January 17th, 2020. Absolute WORST experience. My daughter and I were looking for a good, reliable car for her to take to college out of state. Bob, The Internet Sales Manager, posted a 2014 Nissan Altima that we believed was a decent vehicle, based on the posted pictures. We made the long trip from one end of the valley to the other to see the car. Bob was in the car, when we arrived, said he wanted to pull it up so we can get a better look at it. The front drivers side tire was completely flat. First RED flag. As he was inflating the tire, my daughter and I sat in the car. We noticed it was very dirty, and the piece of the console that holds the AUX cord was missing. I got our and inspected the outside of the vehicle and noticed the drivers side taillight was broken. Bob immediately noticed and said "we don't fix issues like that." Second and Third RED flags. We agreed to go on a test drive. During our drive, I could smell oil burning. When we returned to the "dealership", I got our of the car and went to the very back, as the burning oil smell was quite strong. I looked underneath the back of the vehicle, and the under carriage was covered in oil. 4th RED flag. I asked Bob if he smelled it. His response was "we detail all of our vehicles and the smell is from the solution burning off". Not the truth. We should have left the dealership then, ABSOLUTELY. He was talking with my daughter, encouraging her to talk me into purchasing the vehicle. The listed price of the vehicle was $9500. I asked if he could do better than that. I also told him that I wish to have my mechanic look at it before we consider purchasing the vehicle. We went into his office where he asked his manager to "work the numbers". He returned and said the best they can do is $9,000. Bob Schoeppel, pressured me into leaving a $1,000 cash deposit, promising that if I changed my mind, he would have it ready for me the following day. Bob assured me that if I gave him cash as opposed to placing the deposit on my debit card that should I change my mind, he'll hand my cash back to me. We were to return to pick up the car to take it to our mechanic. He spoke to my daughter, congratulating her on her new vehicle, adding the pressure to deposit "so no one else will purchase it before we return the next day". We did return the next day, and I let Bob know that I am going with my gut feeling and will not be purchasing the car, I changed my mind. He turned and went to his manager, returning to me letting me know I can come back on Monday to pick up a check! I reminded him that he told me he would give me my cash back and he said his boss "dropped the cash in the safe last night, he can have a check for you on Monday." I asked to speak with his manager. His manager was EXTREMELY rude. I handed him my receive from Bob, and on the receipt was a picture of the cash I left them. The manager told me he doesn't have cash and I can return on Monday to get a check. I tried to explain that his salesperson told me otherwise. As I was trying to explain, he put my receipt in with some other paperwork. We reached over to get the receipt as it did not belong to him, he had the original, he stood up and started cursing us, yelling, telling us to get the F off his property, calling us trash, we are xxxxx., and more colorful language. He and a couple other sales people followed us out, forcing us out, all the while this manger is cursing us. I asked the manager if he could please explain his policy because his salesman lied to me and stole my money. He continued to curse and slander me and told me will mail my check. He was extremely loud, extremely disrespectful, and his office was full of other customers. His "goons" continued to curse and push us off the lot and to our vehicle. He yelled for us to never return. Gladly! I ran out of space to complete my review.

    Very pleased with our 2014 Tahoe!

    Oscar was very helpful with our purchase of a 2014 Tahoe. We drove from Las Cruces, NM to Mesa, AZ to pick it up after our son-in-law, who lives near Mesa, took it for a test drive for us. Oscar even met us on his day off to seal the deal! We are very pleased with Rollit Motors and very happy with our Tahoe!

    We were promised a refund for an interior detail that we paid $139 for. Contacted the manager twice and he lied both times and never honored his promise! A very dishonest person!

    Deal is OK with some later fixing issue

    It is almost 1 month after I bought one Camry from Rollit Motors, I would rate this dealer 3 stars although there are something happened after I get the car. I trust car from dealer more than from person. So I go online to check, and find one right one, and drive in and get deal done in two days. It is a good deal. However, after 3 days, found oil leaking. Bring car back, and was told small issue. The manager took car to their shop for ten minutes, and back to me, said, it was fixed. However, it still leak, come back again, before 15 days warranty expired. Leave car in their shop for one night, and fixed. I asked three month warranty, failed. Salesman is kind of doing their business. Manager is doing their business too. It is small car dealer, not too many choices, and no pressure. However, the car is we really care. Ask at least 3 month free warranty is best way to do business with these car dealer. Oscar, the salesman, is good, helpful. Thank God for reminding oil leaking in 15 days. Really thanks God.

    This dealership is awesome and super friendly. I met with mark awesome guy and I dealt with Brody super friendly and easy to work with. Him and Dana were amazing and made the process easy and quick and no games. I highly recommend anyone to come here and make a deal here. I went to about 7-8 dealers before this and I was given the run around the whole time and I didn't have to put my boots on for this place. Super happy and thanks for you're guys help and I got the vehicle I wanted.

    very nice people here at Rollit. They pre-qualified me before i went in to save the time & hassel like most places. I test drove the car i wanted & next thing i know i was in signing contracts with Dana. Bransen was amazing as well as Dana. I highly reccommend this dealership to anyone.

    great place, i found this place on line & when i got there i was happy with there selection. They fixed everything that i had asked ( minor things) with no issues. They also offer a 3 month warranty. My wife will also be purchasing a car from here soon. Worth the drive from the West side of town. Thank you to Marc, Oscar & Dana for all of your help. They also work with your down payment & gave me time to come up with all of it. Thanks again!
