Everytime I decided to give this place another try it fails took my truck in because I was hearing a noise from the driver side turbo. You could clearly hear it coming from the turbo day later some guy called saying it was from the blow off valve so I said okay well when I brought the truck and it had a aftermarket blow off valve which I liked the noise it made he then said let me find out days later I receive a call back saying my truck was ready so I asked them what was wrong he said the clamp on the DRIVER SIDE TURBO WAS BROKE like I said the first time so then proceeded to get in my truck my truck floor matts are cover in mud they didn't use a seat cover, steering wheel cover and obviously not a floor mat cover because my floors was a mess then started my truck realized they removed the blow off valve on my truck when it wasn't the problem after I asked them not to because I liked the way the aftermarket one worked called back in talked to the guy he just sat there making lies not making any sense which upset me more any ways this place is just bull never will I walk into this place can't wait until I get a survey from ford asking how was my visit from this place

Be very careful with financing
I bought a car for my business this summer. We have an 850 credit rating which is an excellent rating. We financed the car because of a great rate sold to us by the finance person. Unfortunately, about a month after having the car we received a letter from Ford Credit who raised our rate. They also said the dealership said they has communicated the change to us which did not happen. Rod Baker Ford has not responded to any request as to why, they're just on to the next sale. I would be VERY CAREFUL about the financing there as what they quote you is not necessarily what you're going to get.

Where do I start. If I could give 0 stars I would. I run a business and time plays a major factor. I scheduled an oil change at rod baker for 9 AM on a Friday. Knowing an oil change shouldn’t take any longer than an hour I planned to wait around and schedule my day around that. 9:45 AM rolls around they haven’t even pulled my van in or said a word to me. I went up to the service desk and told them this is taking longer than expected i am going to have someone pick me up. From there they said they’d call me as soon as it was done. 3 o’clock rolls around no call, so i give them a call to see what’s going on. They said they were backed up that they needed another hour or 2. 6 PM rolls around, still nothing - I call back they said they can’t get to it until the morning. 9 AM the next morning I called they say it’s all done come in and get it. I get a ride and got there at 9:15 AM to pick it up. The van is still in the bay not completed. I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes and they finally finish it. All they had to say was sorry. This is completely unacceptable. I would definitely stay far far away from this dealership especially if your planning around your day to get the oil changed.

Ryan made my buying a easy deal to do. Polite and friendly even during the craziness of "COVID-19" couldn't shake hands which was killing both of us so we settle for the elbow bump. Thanks Ryan. And also Veronica in Financing she was awesome as well.
Long wait time even with appoinment
I visited this place twitch. I made appointment both times. It took more than 40 min for anyone to work on my car and took them only 15min to get it done. I know they are busy but if they need to work on the car in the order of they came, what's the point of making appoinment? They should hornor the appointment procedure. Also, they scratched my car. To be fair, the employee are nice

Be careful, do not trust
Be very careful! I bought recently a Rav 4 HYBRID 2016 from this dealer with high price. It was a very bad experience. They sent me the title late without warranty and did not inform me there are sales tax I have to pay in addition to state tax and to title fees. I WAS OBLIGED TO PAY THE EXTRA FEES they are supposed to pay , and after getting the registration from DMV I found recently a windshield scratch that was hidden by a temporary repair. I sent them many emails and called them but no action was taken. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be obliged to involve a third party.
Poor customer service.
Took vehicle in for a break issue. Thought they could check out the sunroof at the same time. Did a great job on fixing the issues, but there was a $129 charge for cleaning and lubricating the track on the sunroof. I understood the charge and had no issues paying this time since I approved and hopefully they checked the motor also. I asked next year if I bring it in again, how much would it be. He said $129 unless I brought it in before a year. Said I need to keep it clean with a smart xxx attitude. This is the 4th or 5th time in 8 years so it will happen again. Never leave the sunroof open when parked and car is garage kept. I have bought new cars from here multiple times. I will never again and I will take my business to Tirapelli Ford.

Went in to get a used car for our granddaughter. Went in with a printout and knew exactly what we where looking for. For some reason it took way longer than we thought it would. Granddaughter told the salesman at least 3 times her current address, but on the title,sales tax, and other documents there are 3 different address. This makes no sense. Her father called the dealer and they tried to say it is her fault.I only recommend this dealer,because we got the car we wanted, at the price we were comfy with.

Terrible dealership. I purchased a 2012 international flatbed truck off the lot. Drove twards home (Buffalo) broke down. Less than 400 miles into the trip truk needs $7k of work,. Which is about 50% of purchase price. Dealership (Dan Sexen) let me know it's the dealership s position that I purchased a used truck and they're not responsible. I let me know that I'd be suing them and he told me (I have the call recorded) .- we have atourneys on retainer and if we loose we will turn it into insurance! COMPLETE xxxxxxxx. They only care about they're bottom line. It may cost me a fortune but I won't stop coming after them
Went in there to buy a new truck, not used. Couple things bothered me here. 1) they represented the vehicle at one price, but quoted me 10,000 more, saying tax and title fees. Well, tax and title is only 5000. They charged me 1250 for add ons that were already on the truck. They didn't add any rebates or incentives in it either. 2) they quoted me 65,000, but my payments were 1100 a month for 72. Do the math, trying to charge me 15,000 juice on a new, not used, truck. I don't have the best credit, but I know it's not that bad. *buyer beware* watch the bottom line and be careful who you trust....
