Buyer beware , Finance people are not Truthful
First of all I took them over three weeks to pay off my trade-in. When I called finance they were rude and said that every dealer is different. Also during the finance process I had asked the person to read the contract first before I sign. He said I’ll print it out for you and then he went ahead and put it on his desktop computer it’s an OK sign this so I didn’t get to read the contract before I signed. Not a very good process. The salesman were nice and helpful.They also and a lot of extras to the price of the truck.
The worst dealership ever!
I dont trust this dealership! First time i encountered problem regarding my license plate and registration. It took forever to release my license plate. I purchased my other car from a different dealer and they gave me the license plate right away. They are full of non sense reasons and dont know what they are doing. I dont recommend to this dealer to anyone! Run away.
From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.
Do not buy a car from them
Do not give them your financial information for a loan. I was going to buy a car for $29,000 and they added $7000 in fees just when I was getting ready to pay for the car. SoI backed out of the deal. So about a month later I get a call from my bank that someone is buying a car from that same dealership under my name and taking a loan under my name and I live 1200 miles from there. When I contacted the dealership the financial person was quite defensive. They wouldn’t even take my calls I was forced to have to call the police. Do not give them your financial information they will either sell it or use it to get a loan in your name on some car you know nothing about
Don’t do business if you’re an online shopper
I’m an out of state shopper and have been trying to inquire about a vehicle for over a week and a half and it’s always the same thing. “We’re gonna have a sales associate reach out to you”. No one ever reaches out to me, I call back and it’s the same thing, I’ve been trying to get one of the salesperson to do a walk around for me so they can inform me if there’s any dents, rock chips and also condition on interior and smell but same thing no one ever reaches out. I finally Speak to the sales manager and her first response is “there’s pictures online”. Don’t waste your time if you’re an out of state buyer.
Negative 5 stars on device for business
Horrible experience multiple times with university dodge. I purchased my truck there. Purchased maintanance package for my truck ( Ram 3500 Heavy duty) since I knew I would go over on the mileage with the business I have. I also have the business link program offered by them. Thinking they would take better care of me. If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. I thought maybe it was my service advisor so I switched multiple times. I need my truck to run my business. I haul heavy loads with my truck since I am in the demo business. Last time I brought my truck in with the business service advisor 1- my truck was in for a rediculous long time, girl on the phone said they would give me a replacement vehicle while my truck was in the shop, I get there and they would not give me a loaner. Finally after a few days of arguing they gave me a car. I’m in the construction business and need a truck not a freaking car. Then I get a call about all these things that need to do. Windshield wipers, cabin filter, then I discover my fuel filters at not included in the service package, etc etc. I told them not to change my cabin filters, windshield wipers etc. only necessary pipe change, fuel filter change etc. well I am later stuck with a 1500 bill and with out a truck to conduct my business and loosing money. Now I bring my truck in for service again, oil change, axle fluid change 4x4 service since my truck showed I need to have it serviced. My truck has been in there since Monday waiting to be put on the lift, they will not give me a loaner till my truck goes on there lift. Witch is absolutely ridiculous. I can not take my truck because I will loose my place in line now. In the meantime I have to hire out her haulers to haul my stuff costing me a ridiculous amount of money and loosing a job since I will Not be able to perform the job when we originally had contracted for. This dealer does not care for anyone’s business just there own. They should either higher more mechanics or provide vehicles so business can conduct there business. I pay $1300 a month for my truck and this is absolutely ridiculous. My friend switched to another deal and no problems there. Doesn’t matter what he brings his vehicle in for they have his vehicle out in no time with a loaner if they will have the vehicle for more than a day. My new service advisor is great, communicates well, management I guess just could care less about other peoples business but there own.

i am very mad bad service , taking their sweet time, calling nobody picking up. the car just sleep there for days , nobody worried about helping the customer . its crazy . just buy a foreign car than american car if they cant fix those cars
They had the vehicle that I wanted to buy but they wanted a stupid price. Thousands of dollars over MSRP. I think that they are taking advantage of the shortage of trucks.
The price advertised is not the real price it's a fantasy cash price they come up with. They added $7,000 to the price of the vehicle. The price went from 37,500 to all most 45K out the door!
Took hours and hours. Once finance went through you are left at the end of a long line to pay deposit. Not offered a bottle of water. xxxxxxxx
