  Ignacio Carrillo is an amazing sales person. I been to a lot of other dealerships I was always being pressured. Ignacio made me feel very comfortable with no pressure. I would purchase another car and refer my family and friends.

  Be aware, they will sell your information. Don't provide unnecessary information to them. They will use your SSN to quote everywhere without even letting you know beforehand. Be careful of these.

  Outstanding after sale service

  Stellar after sale customer service from John Downey! I had a couple of outstanding issues from a not-so-thruthful sales guy. As I wasn't getting anywhere trying to resolve them with him, I went back to the dealership to try and get a resolution. John went above and beyond to get the issues resolved very quickly, and communicated with me every step of the way. The receptionist was also very helpful in solving my other issue. I thank both again for their outstanding service, and they've earned Mazda Oak a loyal customer.

  Horrible Purchase Experience

  I have been an Oak Tree service customer for 6 years. This October (2018) they sold me a car with a safety liabilities and because I was past my 3 day cancellation contract, I had to trade-in the car owing more than what it’s worth. DGDG prides itself on having 100% customer satisfaction to 100% of our customers—100% of the time. And their infamous slogan (Be Happy). I’m not happy, I feel deceived and now I have to pay for a car, that was sold under false pretense. This is how they have treated someone who has been a loyal customer for 6 years. After this lease I will not buy/lease or have a vehicle serviced with them. They are horrible people and cannot be trusted.

  I inquired about a CPO Miata online, and Andy Nguyen responded promptly with all the requested info. Throughout the process from test drive to answering my questions, Andy was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. It certainly made my first Mazda experience amazing!

  I email the sales personal and within 24 hours I got a response. They answer all my question and even though I didn't buy from them, they point me in the right duration . Great people to work with. will look into buy a vehicle in the near future. keep up the great work.
