  Poor warranty service

  My warranty sunvisor order taken over a month to get. The dealership kept saying back order. This is not true when you can get it faster without going through the warranty. They wanted me to tired of waiting so I buy it instead of waiting.

  This is the worse experience I had buying a car in this dealership if I could give it 5 negative stars I would. Instead of being call nissan it should change its name to SCAM CENTRAl!!!!!. If you want to purchase a car here be prepared to lose 100s of dollars to SCAM FEES. I was SCAM out of 700 dollars from this dealership I would of been more, but luckily I spotted a fee early in my contract before signing it and was able to remove it other wise I would lost even more money to this SCAM Artist!!!. I brought my concerns to the GM Mark of this facility and he would not work with me to fix this worthless fee that is install in the car. This dealership does not care about there customers concerned just about there hidden fees in other words SCAM FEES!!!. So i would not waste my time coming here to this dealership because to them the customer is not always right and do not value their business. I will never ever come to this dealership again to give them my business because their just thieves

  Worst Dealer EVER!!!!

  Absolutely the worse experience ever. Don't go here, they will lie to you and try to rip you off. Here is a list of how bad things were. 1. I went to get a used car, the price was great. I knew it was great because it was a stick shift and it had been on the lot for 90 days. The car had to go. When I got there they had ADM's (additional dealer markups). Which were a total rip off. They wanted 1000 for window etching. If you know anything about window etching it is a 35 dollar product that gives you "theft insurance." After I said it was a deal breaker, they agreed to lower it to 370 which was the price of the etching they put on their new cars. UMM no. I'm still not paying for it. They were pretty adamant that it had to be paid for. After some haggling, and I suggest you haggle a lot with these crooks, they agreed to knock 370 off the price of the car. 2. They lie.... a lot..... They will try to scare you into an extended warranty. The car had 38k miles and 22k power train warranty left. They were adamant that the car had no warranty left. Well one call to subaru, guess what, it's still under power train warranty. 3. Finance manager is a crook and a Jerk. After I told them I wasn't buying the warranty, I really got treated like crap. Despite me telling him over and over and over that I have a po box and if they put my physical address on the paperwork I won't get any information from the loan company, I was, told to "call them to get the account number and loan company." Come on, this is pretty lame customer service. 4. No plates, oh wait, they covered the license plate with their advertising paper plates. I didn't notice. I probably should have checked, but they covered the license plates with Nissan paper plates and forgot to remove them. How stupid is this, covering the license plates and not taking the paper plates that they covered the plates with off? Well, I found this one out when my wife got pulled over in the car. The SB county sheriff that pulled her over was awesome about it btw. This dealer will do their best to scam you and get every dollar. They pull every bad dealer trick in the book. Unless you know the price before hand that your willing to pay and are willing to fight to get you price, don't go there. You know the bad dealer stereotypes, this is one of those dealers that makes those stereotypes real.
