  Rude salesman

  We told salesman we were looking at our options and he said we were lying and that we said we were going to buy. We never said that and were only looking. Then he started getting mad and saying that he did all that work for nothing when we said the price wasn't good for us to buy it. Then he tried to bully us into buying it and kept trying to make us sign. Worst service from Ernest!! Never going to him again!

  Took all the time we wanted. Very accommodating and patient. Showed and explained features of each level. We looked at Highlanders, Rav 4s and Avalons.

  The mechanic I've had for the past 16 years could not find the "bumping" sound problem when I applied the brakes, took the two wheels off from the front where the noise was coming from. The mechanic at Toyota found a loose ball joint and fixed it..solved the problem!

  Juan sold us a rav4. He got us in and out of the dealer quick. My husband and I did not realize it was this easy from our previous experiences elsewhere. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership.

  I had been looking at a van on the lot and after some discussion with my fiance we decided to wait. Little did we know that my car would be totaled in one of the worst storms San Angelo has had in years! Curtis Andrews worked with me to help get me into the van we wanted and we love it. The service we received was excellent and we recommend Curtis and Toyota to all who are shopping for a car in San Angelo!
