  Love my 2020 JCW mini, Love this Dealership!!

  My experience from start to finish has been amazing with Mini North Scottsdale. I purchased a 2020 JCW min hardtop, and I LOVE THAT CAR. Mike and his sales team are fantastic. Dave S was my sales professional and he was absolutely awesome. Service Advisor Michael A is courtesy, knowledgeable and prompt with follow up. Their technicians send you videos of the car being serviced which provides me peace of mind. This dealer has a customer for life. My only slightly negative comment is I wish the dealer had a more updated customer waiting area, with better overall accommodations. Drink, coffee, food area etc.

  Great service, knowledge and sanitation. Very careful wear masks. Use hand sanitizer and use friendliness without making you shake hands. Follow appointment time and keep you up to date

  Service rep was very good

  The service rep was great the accountant office personnel needs customer service training. I ended up with a loaner which was fine BUT just handing me the key with no idea how this car worked not proper. The account desk young lady 's attitude left me very upset.

  I would leave negative stars if I could. I brought my mini in to Scottsdale mini in March for factory recall thermostat which was leaking. I requested they replace the crossover water pipe when they did the thermostat. I got the car back and they stated the crossover pipe did not need to be replaced. The crossover pipe completely disintegrated at one end and was cracked at the other within 3 months of which they wanted to charge me $2200 to replace the water pump and crossover pipe. They put in a new thermostat mated to a cracked water pipe. Complete incompetence! I had a discussion with the service manager and technician and they said they do not replace parts that are not broken even if I ask for it yet they replaced a water pump pulley that was not broken. They are crooks and incompetent. I replaced the crossover pipe myself saving $2200 and knowing the job would be done correctly. I would sell my mini before bringing it back to Scottsdale Mini.

  Great car! Great people! Great place! I did get beat up on my trade in that i bought from the same dealer 6 months prior but didn't want to mess with trying to sell it myself! I just think they should have worked me a better deal on my trade in because I did buy it from them.....

  Fantastic Service

  My day began with John who assisted me in finding a washroom, followed by Scott and Cody in Service assisting me with repairs on my 2009 Mini Cooper. Everything was perfect! Thank You So Much for the “At Home” feel.
