The younger salesman was friendly up until he told us they were selling the vehicle 10k over MSRP. Being a former salesman,I know not only is this Illegal,it is downright WRONG. Funny enough we found a Sorento on Cargurus on their lot that was perfect for us. But the way the salesmen acted mad the fact they’re screwing people over,there’s no way they’re getting my business

He then text me saying "for all that, I need an invite to your pool!" Then he texted me that the car was fixed then turns around and texted me "it's not fixed"and "the price will be $1,000 more." The 2011 Honda CRV had bad motor mounts! I escalated this to General Manager Roger Williams and his comment to me was "what do you want me to do? Fire him? My response was "I would like the car at the agreed price without being sexually harassed! Needless to say, he was not going to sell the car to me for the agreed price in fact, it was $1000.00 more! Bad business! Bad Management! Just plain Bad experience!

Then after calling back all of a sudden the vehicle has doubled in price. Oh great now I feel like I need extra credit monitoring to ensure my ssn is safe... AVOID!!

BUT the service department is lacking in every aspect. I am an ASE certified technician, but against my better judgement we decided to let them service her Sorento for the first time because I was busy. We asked for the BG oil change, then were informed as she was getting her keys back that they had performed the wrong oil change. So she had to wait for another oil change (which we of course paid the difference on, no big deal there). Then I took her Sorento to my shop for an actual BG oil service, the first time of course. I lift the vehicle and find the oil filter barely screwed on and leaking oil, the engine almost a full court low, and the drain plug tightened to 20 lb. ft OVER what factory torque specifications call for. So I take pictures and a video of just how loose the oil filter was, and a video of just how far over factory specs that the drain plug was tightened. I called the service department immediately and conveniently the service manager was “out” for the day (he wasn’t. I called as a less disgruntled customer and spoke with him). So I left a message for him to call me (still no call, this was over a week ago). I also called Kia North America and filed a complaint about this dealership. TAKE YOUR KIA SOMEWHERE ELSE!

On July 14th, we still did not have the title for the vehicle, and after numerous attempts to get ahold of someone, they finally tell my husband that the financing didn't get approved and we had to return the car. This would have been devastating for us because my husband took a traveling position after we had a reliable vehicle. After consulting a lawyer we learned that they had no right to repossess after 10 days, so my husband informed them that they were at fault and after 10 days are required by law to aquire financing for us or honor the loan themselves. We still have not received any information from them. It is now July 30th, and no one will speak to my husband or rectify the situation. We still can't tag the vehicle and are suffering financially because of their inability to conduct fair business practices.

I had a generally pleasant experience with a salesperson and was very close to buying a new vehicle. Near the end of negotiations, a physically intimidating man, who claimed to be a manager, came into the salesroom and started yelling at me and telling me to accept a low-ball price on my trade-in vehicle. When I asked him to please lower his voice or at least leave so I could recover from the shock of the encounter--I was close to crying--he refused. Needless to say, I asked for my keys (which they had been keeping from me during the negotiations) and left. I really wish I could report a happier experience here, because I liked the salesperson and most other people I talked to here, but I feel obliged to warn others about the manager. There's no way I would ever come back or recommend anyone to this dealership.
