    Very Unhappy Customer

    Awful Dealership!! This is not the quality and honest sales experience of a reputable Mercedes Benz dealership, rather I was treated no different than if I had gone to a dusty corner used car lot!! I have purchased many automobiles from many dealerships for over fifty years, This is the WORSE automobile purchase I have ever experienced. To briefly summarize my main issues, I was tricked into an extended warranty and a maintenance contract that I did not need!!! I purchased a certified Mercedes Benz with four years left on the factory warranty!! I had no need for an extended warranty costing me $4,000.00 and did not want to spend $2,160.00 for a two year maintenance contract!! The finance manager, at no time in the process of my interaction with him, mention that I would be paying an extra $6,160,00. I did not know that until he printed out the contract!! At which time he stated that I had to accept that contract and the protocol was to cancel the warranty and maintenance contract. He stated that the monthly payments would stay the same, but my principal balance would be lowered. I canceled the warranty and maintenance contract the next day. The finance manager told me that he would cancel the warranty and maintenance contract immediately. Three months later nothing has been done! I still owe the same balance. I have spent three months of having that dealership give me the run around, lie to me and I truly feel this is harassment because of my legal right to cancel the unnecessary warranty and maintenance contract!!

    Rude adviser, yelling at me. Anyone bringing car worth less than $50,000 for service, STAY AWAY form this dealer. You will be treated as a garbage.

    As Mercedes Benz owners, we knew exactly what car we wanted but were unable to find it locally. Through the Mercedes Benz USA website, we found the car we wanted and contacted Chris Bucher in Scottsdale, Az. He made our buying experience so simple. He answered all our questions and dealt with any concerns we had. This is the first time we have bought a car sight-unseen and from a different state. The car was shipped to us and we are extremely happy with everything! Chris Bucher is trustworthy and dependable and made the whole experience easy. Thank you Chris. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. You are the best!!!!!

    Worst Experience with the Service Dept

    When my husband and I came to purchase a car, we were given the royal treatment. All that changed the moment we signed on the dotted line to purchase a vehicle. Multiple visits with the Service Dept for the same repairs were very common. The Service Dept appears not to have quality trained people because we would be told the car was repaired yet as we drove out, we saw that the repair was not corrected. The Service Manager was rude and condescending and appeared to be quite inept about seeing that when a car leaves the shop, it should leave with the repair made. he does not take pride in the work that his Dept provides. I think it’s more of a numbers game with this dealership as their only interest appears to be to sell you a vehicle. After that, it’s a game of hit or miss where the dealership could not care if you are satisfied or not with their repairs. It also appears to be a revolving door of service techs coming and going. I couldn’t even get the service rep to give me a copy of paperwork detailing what the car was brought in for and what work was done on it. I purchased two Mercedes vehicles from this dealership in 5 years and would NEVER recommend them to a friend. Their attitude and lack of service leaves a lot to be desired. Quite honestly, they couldn’t care. I was told by Red Adams. our service rep, upon my last visit to the dealership that he has no interest in repairing my car while it’s under warranty since I don’t being my car there for oil changes, etc. Just think about it...why would I bring my car in there for cash paying services if the repairs under warranty can’t be done correctly? On another vehicle of mine that I did bring in because the key would not lock the door, and which was out of warranty, it was misdiagnosed with an oil leak. I thought that odd since there weren’t any oil stains on the ground and why would that be the cause of the door not locking??? I brought the car to another dealer who put the car on a lift and showed me there was no oil leak and then proceeded to replace the battery in the key fob, which solved the problem. When my husband called the Service Mgr, he was told not to bringthe car back. I ask you, is this the type of dealership you want to be involved with? There are so many other dealerships in Arizona other then Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale that would appreciate your business. Why settle for mediocre work???

    Buyer Beware

    People Chechen the national data base for your cars history or origination.The finance dept.Has altered sales date and mileage on several vehicles.And altered titles..and make sure you get both keys and don't fall for I'll get it to you tomorrow when the car has warning lights that they are going to fix.I can't even drive it there Cruz the fob isn't for this car.How does that happen?

    Steve Williams at MB Scottsdale is amazing!

    I must have visited at least 30 dealerships and no one was able to offer the service that Steve Williams of Scottsdale was able to provide. He found the exact car I was looking for and was able to pull it off a shipping boat and get it shipped to their dealership. The experience was amazing, he gave me a great deal and even put a bow on the car. I highly recommend this dealership and most of all Steve Williams! I could have been more ecstatic about driving my E-450 convertible out of that dealership. Also a big plus is their customer waiting area, they have drinks and snacks which is an awesome touch!

    Dishonest dealership

    Beware of salesperson lies. Bought a GLE-350 from the dealership and they added a prepaid maintenance agreement to the cost of the contract, which I requested. Salesperson said I could cancel for a full refund/credit to my loan balance as long as I didn't use any of the service. I contacted them to cancel and they refused to cancel. Mercedes Benz-USA will not help because this dealership is independently owned and operated. Stay far away from this dealership, especially David Robinson, salesperson.

    Best car shopping experience

    Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze. I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past. Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.

    Awesome Purchase Experience

    Working with Jonathan Musil at MB of Scottsdale has been a great experience. I never purchased a vehicle out of state sight unseen, specifically a used/certified vehicle and Jonathan went above and beyond to assure me of the condition of the car, the entire purchase process, and the delivery process. Even after I received the car and voiced a few concerns, not once did I get push back. Only amazing customer service to ensure my purchase was 100% perfect. I thank Jonathan and his team for the awesome experience and of course the awesome car! I will be returning for business in the future. =)
