    Oil Change and Tire Rotation

    First time visiting Loveland Ford to have general service completed (Oil Change/Tire Rotation). Overall experience was good and satisfied with the work completed. My only issue was that I waited at the dealer to have the work done. I wasn't contacted when my vehicle was completed and only went to the front desk when I noticed my vehicle parked in the lot. Unsure how long it had sat there. The person I worked with was very friendly and professional.

    2015 Ford F-150 XLT

    I responded to an ad for the 2015 F-150, three sales people did not know of the vehicle and Jason said it had already been sold. Another sales person (Pat) called and said they had the truck and it was being inspected. Drove to the dealer on Friday (60 miles) and found the truck was not there. A deposit was left and was informed the truck needed two recall services and Pat said truck would be ready on Tuesday. Sales was called on Tuesday to check on status of the truck, Pat had a day off and no one knew any details. Drove to the dealer again on Wednesday with cash on hand to complete the sale; however the truck was not on site, it was still at a sister dealer. When the truck arrived we did a cursory inspection and saw no issues. The sales manager, Ronnie, said they would bring the truck in for the recall service. A medical appointment did not allow us to wait for the completion and Ronnie said they would deliver it to our home on Friday. Which they did, not on a flatbed, but someone drove the truck to the house. The following Sunday, the truck battery was discharged and needed to be jump started. Today, the truck is being checked out at my mechanic shop to check the charging system. Something that should of been discovered when the inspection was completed at the dealer, if said inspection had been completed. I still do not know if the service/recall work has been completed, no documents were brought with the truck. The communication with me was poor, it seems that I put in the effort to be able to find the truck, get it to the dealer and have service work done. Communication between dealer personnel was terrible, no one knew any details about the truck, even where is was located. When I arrived to begin the whole sale, I find out there is a $455 charge for glass etching and the dealer prep fees (that were to be included in the sale price) were added on. Pat said these were fees that could not be waived. Very disappointing. Ratings: Finance; A for being timely, Jason; A for trying to find another truck, Ronnie; C for attempting to sort out the deal and an F for letting someone drive my truck for delivery, Pat; D- for lack of communication on several occasions.

    Great buying experience

    Scott, my sales rep, was so knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with providing me the optimal buying experience that I was compelled to do something totally out of character ? purchase a wonderful brand new truck on the spot. He gave me, through his honesty and actions, peace of mind that this was the best buying and service situation I could find and I have no regrets. Quite the contrary I am absolutely certain I made the right decision.

    Awful Service

    Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Was told my vehicle would take four hours to complete two services. 6 hours later, they told me they were done but had only completed one. After overcharging me, I was annoyed but still fine. Getting out to my car, it was filthy. The steering wheel was covered in grease. I went in to talk to the Service Manager who apologized and stated he would call me the following Monday to make things right. Never received a call, and after leaving a message on Tuesday, still never got a call back. Always really appreciated the service from this place but obviously will never go back.

    Routine Oil Change

    Great service overall, the oil change took an hour and 45 min. The service tech was very apologetic. I appreciated his words.

    I need to order parts for my truck and it did take a while. But when the parts came in, they got to work right away. Next thing I knew was that my truck is done and o they shuttled me back to their new facility. It's really nice! I had a great experience thanks again!
