    Great Way to Treat A Loyal Customer

    I've been a loyal customer at Lipton Toyota for more than 15 years. This weekend's experience may change that forever. I scheduled a 5,000 maintenance with the dealership this past Saturday. Prior to this, I received a call from them that I had a Oil Service left on my Toyoguard, which surprised me since my vehicle is 5-years old. When I got to the dealer, the service attendant knew nothing of it. I decided it was not worth the aggravation. In the meantime, I had also received a text the day before if I may be interested in maybe trading in my vehicle. I said yes, however I told the salesman the numbers would have to be great, since I have 8 months of payments left on my car and I can wait till then. Instead of a casual go around - I received a high-pressure sales pitch which I was not expecting nor was in the mood for. I had arrived early that day and the car was not ready when promised. Finally, after going to pay for the service, the attendant charged me less - I thought maybe because of the oil service someone called about earlier. I paid the bill. When I got on the highway, I realized they changed miles to kilometers. After three calls, I finally reached the service advisor who then told me what to do. Yesterday, I received a call from the cashier telling me my charge was incorrect and I owed more money. However there was no apology, just give me your credit card now. Seriously. I was not the one who made the mistake and she should have been more apologetic with the issue. When she called, I was walking - I told her to call be in a half hour. When she called, she immediately asked do you have your card so I can take care of this transaction. Again, appalling customer service. Finally, when I bring my car in for service I am told there is an inspection. Interestingly, tonight I noticed both of my headlights not working - why was this not communicated to me. I generally have not driven at night for a while and with Daylight Savings time this weekend I drove at 6pm in the dark and realized this. I am shocked this was not communicated to me.

    Very professional , honest and thorough. I felt like I was buying a car from my best friend. It was a seamless process. Very friendly and cordial with my best interest in mind. I did not feel pressured nor did they try to convince me .

    Bad Was not happy and the price was way too high. Unfortunately they lie they gave me a discount. but take the money another way. I will never come back to this dealership. Last time I had a better person. Who helped me with oil change and gave me a discount too and respected my coupon. This time the service manager was not good not friendly and bad customer service. I will never come again. Bad experience. Dont expect me to be back. I drove from Kendall as I visit family on Pembroke and had the worst experience.

    They over charge literally they take the many out of your poket ,rear brake ,rotor and caliper parts that you can by for less than $200 they carge me $940 and on top of this they just put only one caliper I will not recommend to no body.

    The total process took too long The sales persons were knowledgeable and kind. I still think I could have bought the same car for less but the sales rep was nice and cordial so I cdecide to stay and GIVE them my business

    The used car manager, Mark, was good, and the salesman Gary is a very nice and professional elderly gentleman. Everything went very smoothly. Their recommendations were correct, even to the color of the car.
