  Worst Place To Work With!

  I was looking at buying a car from out of town (KC Area) and tried to speak work with them over the phone. I had a 2017 Yukon XL for trade and spoke with Lance over the phone initially who asked me to send him photos. I sent all the information he asked for and then tried to call a few minutes later to verify that he received them. He did not answer and did not verify that he received the information a I had sent. After an hour I tried to call back and was told he was on the line with another customer and he would call me back. 45 minutes later he still had not called back. He just sent a text with a trade offer that was $3,000 less than i had been offered in the KC area. I sent a text and asked for him to call me and it was crickets for 30 minutes. I finally called him and he acted like I was wasting his time. I had never been talked down to by a car dealership before in my life. I would never recommend anyone purchase any vehicle from here. I hire sales professionals for a living and would fire them for speaking to customers the way i was spoken to today.

  From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I felt like I was valued. Dan was personable and a great salesman. He took me out for a test drive and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He did not pressure me to buy anything This is my first purchase of a Lexus but I do believe I will be a return customer.

  My wifes dream car

  We went to buy a car for my wife's birthday so we show up and the manager Scott came out side before we could shut the doors on the car he was asking us questions and kept bringing cars around one after another and my wife kept saying no don't like that color or no a different body style. I figured like at most dealers they would get tired of bringing them around. No Scott smiled said ok I got what your looking for. he said I don't think you'll be able to resist this. He was right awesome car awesome customer care I highly recommend going here
