    HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

    I have been having a horrible experience with the service department of this dealership. My car wouldn't start and they told me it was oil contamination. It cost me my insurance deductible for them to fix it. Only 1 week later I go to a different gas station and same exact thing, my car wouldn't start and they tell me it's gas contamination AGAIN!!! what are the odds of that!??? Since then, I have been waiting to hear back for 5 days...radio silence. The manager gave me an appointment and I was waiting for an hour and he never showed up!!! what kind of service is that!? IT IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. At this point, I am too afraid to have them fix my car, I have no idea what's going on, and they keep me totally in the dark.

    My experience with Lexus of North Miami has been nothing short of world class. Nina Paul is an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional sales person. She strives to understand your needs, your desires, and your means and her resulting recommendations are spot-on. If you are looking for a new (or used) vehicle you must request to see Nina Paul when you visit. You will be treated with a level of respect and integrity uncommon these days. Very highly recommended!

    I recently purchased a Certified 2017 Lexus RX 350 FSport at the Lexus of North Miami dealership back in November I was happy with my purchase at that time. After a month I noticed a faint sound coming from my front passenger tire area, so I went to the Lexus of Orlando dealership here in Orlando where I reside. My service advisor was Angel (very helpful). When the technician removed my tires he found that my truck had off market brake pads and rotors. He even took me on a test drive to show me the difference in the drive with these parts. At this point I'm pissed with the Lexus of North Miami dealership because they placed parts on my vehicle and falsified the parts that were put on my vehicle. Also, they gave me hard time stating that they put the correct parts on my vehicle. Lexus of North Miami even tried to tell me to drive down to Miami to see if the parts were not factory parts. Lexus of Orlando assisted me in getting the matter resolved as quickly as possible and made sure that my truck had the factory brakes and rotors they should have had at the time of purchase.

    Excellent service from start to finish. I had a 1st class experience with Lexus of North Miami. Managment was top notch (Alfred),and honest about everything from the begining,a true man of his word. My sales rep. was Ivan,and his attention to detail was on point. Hassel free and upfront from the start, this was a true buying experience. Lexus of North Miami earned a new customer and free word of mouth.. Thanks again
