    We were dreading the car-buying experience. Hard to believe, but we haven't bought a new car in 17 years. Not kidding. Many moons ago, I was bullied and humiliated beyond belief at a car dealership and never, ever wanted to go through that again - but in fact, it was a true pleasure doing business with Lee Johnson Kia! Our salesguy Alex was up-front, friendly, real, patient, and delivered in person on all the promises he'd made in our earlier email exchanges. And what a great deal we got on exactly the Kia we wanted - the lowest price we've seen PLUS an amazing 66-month 0.0% APR with the first 5 months payment-free (3 months with no payments and month 4 and 5 are paid by Kia). It doesn't get much better than that. If I had to find a negative, it would just be that the purchasing process takes a loooonnnngggg time. And being that it was the very end of the day (the dealership was closed by the time we sat down in the financing guy's office - who was wonderfully friendly, by the way, and patiently explained everything to us), they got my husband's name wrong on the forms, but I caught it and they fixed it with many apologies before we signed. Overall, a pleasant experience and my car-buying dread has vanished. We are ecstatic to be out of our old, old cars and into our new Kia Soul and would happily recommend Lee Johnson and Alex Lee to anybody looking to buy a new Kia. We're very, very happy.

    Damaged my car.

    I have 2014 Chevrolet sonic for 3yrs. Nothing wrong with it. I took it there for recall and have oil changed. I drove off and noticed the engine warming light was on, the remind next service sticker still the same and they rotated my tires. I tried to tell the service lady she didn't listening well and wanted to charged me $175 for diagnosis. I went back explain to her then she gave me new remind sticker and rerotated my tires but the warning engine light that I need to pay for something they did. I will call the lady from recall to tell her about reaping people off. I had conversation with her and recorded my car had nothing wrong. They the one who told me to take my car in.

    I just purchased a 2017 Kia Soul ! Turbo from Lee Johnson. My initial contact was with Jesse Cortez and we closed the deal with Alex Lee. Jesse was pretty low-key and didn't really give me the hard sell. Alex carried us over to the end and was very responsive to help settle a few minor details I noticed when picking up the car. I was impressed by their service oriented attitude.

    My experience at Lee Johnson kia was amazing! I was treated great from my first initial contact via the Internet and when I finally arrived they treated my daughter and I well. Explained my options to me for my situation and got me into a new kia at a monthly pymt I was comfortable with. My overall experience from start to finish was outstanding! Kathy, Braulio, kenny, Jim and Ken were great! I'll be a returning customer.

    I tell you what, I have bought a lot of cars in my life and wouldn't really stop and write a review for any of them. But Kathy Cope at Lee Johnson Kia was sooo good that I need to shout it out. Completely honest, gets to the point without all the guns blazin sales talk, maximum effort put into making you happy and she happens to be pretty funny too which makes the whole process even better. I HIGHLY recommend buying your next car from Kathy. P.S. the Kia Sorrento turned out way better than I thought too!

    Brian the floor manager was absolutely incredible! He helped us at a time we needed it the most. We were down to one vehicle and in the middle of financial difficulty due to medical. Brian worked with us to the point of even recommending a better option for us that ended up being 100% better than what we came in looking to do! We are extremely grateful and appreciative of him and the dealership! Our last two cars have come from there and for sure our future vehicles! Thank you so much from the Torres family!!
