    Don't waste your time!!

    Spoke with sales associate several times beginning Monday morning, seemed knowledgeable. Received a call Wednesday, said they had found the car I was looking for and if I would come in and complete some paperwork they could get it the next day. My wife and I drove almost 3 hours to the dealer and completed the paperwork. I was told the car was on its way and should be at the dealer the next day. Once it arrived they would call and schedule the delivery. No word the next day. Called at noon and it was still on its way. Called again at 5 p.m., still waiting and no one seemed to know where it was. 8 p.m. comes and goes, still no word on the location of the car and no further contact. All contact was initiated by me. Day two, still no contact. I have to call them at 10 a.m. to find they still do not know where it is. Call again at 1 p.m., still no idea where the car is. Call again at 5 p.m., same story. No one seems to know where the car is. Again, I initiated all contact. Not sure how you lose a car but apparently it's possible. Perhaps, and probably the most likely story, there was never a car in the first place and I was strung along for nearly a week in the hopes they could find one. Whatever the case may be, I am extremely frustrated, out a week of my time, and still have no idea where the car is. I can tell you this with absolute certainty, I will never be doing business with Steve Landers Kia or any other location operated by these people. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same! Would have given zero stars but it would not let me post!

    Have had a noise under the hood since I bought it

    Have had my car in for the same problem 4 times, Approx 4 wks without my car since I bought it 9 mo ago. Always comes back dirty and smells nasty inside too. Just picked it up again yesterday but apart had to be ordered so I have to go back for a 5th time when they call

    They were excellent help by phone/text. They sent me pictures and gave details about the vehicles so that I didn't have to drive 75 miles. They also attempted to find another one that met my qualifications when I decided I didn't want to purchase the vehicle I inquired about. They were excellent help. I would recommend.

    New Complex/New People/Bad Service

    Yes their expensive new complex is over the top but I'd rather the other location or even a beat up building. WITHOUT the old Service teams under Enid Serio or Stacy Cowden this place has traded service and courtesy for money talks BS. I havery kept my 2014 Kia Soul Exclaim super clean, Up to date on all service requirements, and documented all maintenance issues and concerns with Enid and Stacey well before I even hit 50,000 miles. I purchased anot extended warranty in the very begging of my car purchase. So when the issue of my ABS and non skid light coming on and staying on in dry weather began happening again. I drove from Hot Springs (home) directly to the dealership risking running out of fuel to keep from turning car off and the lights going off because of a restart. The service worker told me he had never heard of my extended warranty, the service record shows documentation before 50,000 miles but you are now at 70,000 miles and anything could have happened between that time, told me I'd have to pay for the diagnostic, he didn't even know how to contact my extended warranty to get it to cover or what coverage was, said more than likely the sensor going out in the tire. But they are just money hungry. Had no sense of loyalty or care to keep my loyalty to them. Oh yeah they had manager call me and reiterate the above statements along with a sorry we can't do that and we hate to lose your business. I really miss Enid and Stacey. I love my Kia Soul ! And Kia in general but will not buy a vehicle from Steve Landers Kia. (I bought my car original thru the Gregg Orr Autoplex Group in Hot Springs. The car was at their Texarkana Kia dealership and brought to me in Hot Springs. So recalls have to be performed at a Kia dealership (Hot Springs/ Gregg Orr Cadillac couldn't do this for me so I began a loyalty to Steve Landers in the 1st month of my ownership. But that is no longer the case. I'll drive to the Texarkana Kia I may have to give Crain a second chance but don't see that happening either.

    Great dealing with Tracey at Landers Kia. Have been waiting for my Telluride to come in. All my questions have been answered. Have been kept informed. Up front. No secrets. Truly a good experience. This will be the 4th car I have bought from a Steve Landers dealership. Have always got great service.

    A complete waste of time

    Steve Landers KIA is the most unethical stealership I have ever seen. I looked at a car there a few days ago and at that time we were negotiating the price, with the salesperson going back and forth to the manager as usual. I told the salesguy my limit is 10000 dollars for the car and he offered the car for 10000 including registration fee. I told him I will look around at other dealerships for a bit and come back, and I called back later that afternoon and spoke with the manager, Justin. The manager said he will sell it for 10000, and I asked if I could come by that night to buy the car. The manager says yes, and when we arrived the salesguy says the price we agreed on was 10500. I told him no, it was 10000, but they had changed the price to 10500 and said crap like "when the salesguy said 10000, he was just saying things, he didn't really check with the manager". Oh really? you mean the guy going back and forth between us and the manager didn't check with the manager before telling us a price? And the manager (Justin) on the phone who confirmed the price of 10000 over the phone didn't count either? What a joke. Avoid this stealership- this place lacks principle, wastes your time, and is highly unethical.

    Damaged my vehicle

    My 2015 Kia was in the shop for almost two months getting an engine replacement. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed my license plate was broken. They replaced that, but when I got home I noticed a lot more damage. Someone had hit something in my car. I called several times and went up there to be turned away due to no appointment. I finally get to talk to someone and I am told that now too much tome has passed and they will not fix my car. The front bumper is torn and the headlights misaligned. I will not be back and I will be contacting Kia directly.

    Steve Parks went above and beyond the call of duty in selling me my car and delivering it!! He was kind, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will look for him when I need another car.
