  The set up my appointment, have me a time frame, to care of me on my numbers and they exceeded everyone of them. Friendly yes, but most of all no bull... I'm brining my vehicles here and will most likely buy my next Honda from here.

  I love Maria, she's so attentive and takes care of any concerns. She is always on it and quick service. This time around, I was not too happy as I have been having trouble with my tire sensor ever since they rotated my tires the first time. Until now, they still could not find anything wrong with it. It was a mystery.

  I was very happy with the service that I received from Alex in service. my car broke down over the weekend and he was the person to assist me. he was very courteous and professional. he did everything he said he would do. he took care of my vehicle as quickly as humanly possible without compromising the quality of the job. I was very happy with the service I received. I too am in the auto business and I know quality service when I see it. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends. thank you for everything.   Amazing service. Alex the service rep who coordinated my service, listened to me and answered all my questions and made sure the mechanics checked out all of my concerns.didnt try to sell me services i didnt need. Facility very nice and super clean. The staff and Alex so friendly. They made me feel at ease. They are very good at getting u in when you want, and they are very efficient and the wait times are very reasonable.if you have never been to lake elsinore, GO THERE for your next service you wont be disappointed. Such a smooth process. Be sure to ask for Alex when you go, he is great with customers
