  Purchased a used vehicle online, the best experience when buying a vehicle that I ever had! They answered all of my questions and delivered my SRX to me in South Carolina! Friendly and efficent service. Had an issue with SRX and they paid for the repairs!!! Even rec'd a gift basket, great touch in service! They do everything that they said they would do! Not like some other dealers who provide lip service and nothing else. Thank You for the Great Transaction!

  My husband & I have leased 2 vehicles through this dealership with satisfaction. Purchasing a car was a different story. There was a significant discrepancy between prices quoted by the dealership and prices quoted on line. The dealership representative did not know how to handle the on line information. I felt that the dealership was in competition with itself and the customer was not important. I was thrilled to have the on line information and the contact personnel to keep the dealership honest, but what a hassle!

  Horrible Experience

  I have previously purchased 2 brand new Lexus' from Johnson Lexus and a used one. I went in to but a new car and told the sales rep. I was not going to haggle but wanted the bottom line price. He gave me the list price on the web site. I then went back the next day and tried with another salesman. I was loaned a car to keep for a day.I asked the next morning for the trade in for my old Lexus ( Johnson had my car)and was told it could not be given over the phone. I then asked for the invoice and was refused. I got a much better deal at Hendrix in Charlotte. It is worth the trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
