    Very good follow up to issues with my Covette

    I had some concerns to drivability of my Corvette after some prior work. Hiester was very responsive and scheduled a return visit. The cause of the vibration in noticed was attributed to tire balance and I'll admit I was a bit dubious. However, after balancing the tires this issue was resolved. My thanks to John Hiester Chevrolet for resolving the issue.

    Predatory Pricing

    Tailgate lifts (struts) replacement with install quoted at $244.00. Autozone cost of 2 replacement struts $61 and free overnight shipping. Labor needed to remove old struts and install replacements (3 minutes) and a screwdriver. Probably would cost dealership $35-$45 for the parts which means the 3 minute install charge of $200 equates to an hourly labor rate of $4000/hr.

    One of the easiest car purchases we?ve ever made. Our salesperson David Ricketson was really lovely to deal with, no pressure, easy going, informative, and had such a welcoming way about him that it made the entire process an enjoyable experience. The dealership overall has a great facility, clean, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

    We were looking for a used car, and Howard was knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He let us borrow the car to get a second opinion. In the end we decided not to buy (recommended using premium gas), but the process of looking was low-key and stress-free. We will go back when looking for another vehicle.

    WORST SERVICE EVER FOR A BUSINESS VEHICLE!

    We have always have bought our work truck from Hendrick. This time we bought local and will never again. A engine light came on and the misdiagnosed it. They had the truck for over a week and then went in for an oil change a few days later. They did not even work on it the first day. This business is a upscale residential window cleaning with over 600 customers. The customers will be warned to stay away from this mess. Thanks for ruining the first weekend that was off since April!

    I have been taking the 2017 Trax that I bought from John Hiester one year ago back for service and have no complaints. The service has been performed in a timely manner and the service staff are great. They communicate with the customer well.
