After Purchase on an approved FCA Lemon Buybackby Glenn from San Diego | May 01, 2021
I purchased a new 2020 ram 1500 limited on July 4, 2020. On July 9, 2020, is when we had our first major problems, continued with continued mechanical issues and trips to RAM Delearship Service Depts. FCA is buying back my RAM through the CA Lemon Law. FCA advises to contact John Elway’s Clairemont CDJR for reimbursement of the Maintenance Contract for 10 oil changes (Never been used, only 6k miles on it. Have left messages for Lisa Hogan via Voice Messages and website messages, and to date, I have not received at least the courtesy of a return call or email reply that she is reviewing this matter. Very disappointing that this is the after purchase customer service one experiences after purchasing a new RAM from them. I will continue to get a hold of Lisa Hogan in hopes of getting a response, and or from some one at John Elway CDJR, who has the authority to reimburse us back.

I requested the "exclusive e-price" since I live out of town. The price is the same as advertised so I don't know why its exclusive. Talked to Randy about the van but was not ready to commit. I received a couple follow up calls but nothing too pushy. When I was ready I called and made an offer. Randy said he would talk to his sales manager and call me back in 5 minutes. Never called. I called back 3 days later and left a message for him again nothing. called again and talked to Michael told him what I was willing to pay he said he would see what he could do and call me back but again no call back. Guess they didn't want to sell me a vehicle.
