  Bad salesman

  My experience here was awful. We tried to trade in a 2019 Laramie beautiful condition w all features like 12” screen and the unprofessional salesman was comparing our truck to a big horn which isn’t even close to being the same. I did say they were trying to “f” us when I was talking to my husband (because they were. The salesman John got up and walked away. I’m sorry if I said a bad word but his actions before I said the bad word was unprofessional and degrading. His action after I did was very unprofessional to just walk away when I was discussing with my husband and he was ease dropping. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrendous. Watch out for John. Ask for someone else if you have to shop here.

  New Car

  Was introduced to the whole staff which were friendly on a Saturday morning. Bought car and was shown where I would need to go when oil change or need repair. Detailed our car and filled up with gas, can't beat that!! Great employees would diffidently go back again.

  Used car purchase - don't trust

  Bought a used car. Questioned repair needed to see if it would be under warranty. They said the Dodge dealership needed to look at it. Dodge dealer said they weren't called and repair was obviously not under warranty. So my time was wasted. Had expensive repair done and made no difference on issues reported. Had car around 6 months. Feel my trust was betrayed.

  Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Salesman is dishonest and not a man of his word. Salesman promise me a spare key to the car I purchased never heard from him. It's been over 3 weeks. Have not heard from anyone at Jim Trenary .
