    Walking into this dealership is like going to a candy store. Given that JD is one of the largest dealers in the country, they have an incredible selection of new cars (translation - vast inventory and hard to find) as well as used. If the showroom and cars in the lot aren't enough, dessert is the fact they have another 120 cars in a warehouse right across the street! Me - I bought a gently used ‘17 Carrera 4 GTS from Marty Field. While I was a bit timid buying this beast, he jumped thru hoops to find what I wanted, make me comfortable and make it a really positive experience. This guy knows cars and bleeds Porsche! His supporting team was equally professional. Finally, Jack Daniels himself is a true gentleman and quintessential professional. He has built an amazing and well deserved legacy. If you are in the Tristate area (or nationally) looking for a car, go to these guys. Their inventory and price (think volume) is second to none.

    Just recently purchased a clean used vehicle from Jack Daniels, and the experience could not have gone smoother. Fortunately, I was helped by a knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Marty Field, who's a classy , no non-sense straight shooter (something sadly missing from most of today's business dealings) and who made the whole process a pleasure!     Once again Jack Daniels and salesman David C combined to provide me with a great buying experience. Yesterday I completed my 7th transaction with this team purchasing a Macan Turbo and once again was impressed by all facets of the transaction. The dealership was very fair and professional in pricing both my purchase and trade in. As usual they had a great selection. Dave C my salesperson as always displayed responsiveness, attention to detail, product knowledge, and a determination to ensure that you drove off the lot knowing how to maximize the cars capabilities. In a world of generic and underwhelming sales David and JD stand out by making you feel great about your purchase. I strongly recommend both the dealership and specifically David if and when you are interested in Porsche.

    Jack Daniels and David C once again combined to provide a great purchasing experience. Yesterday I picked up a Macan Turbo (my 7th purchase) with them. The dealer was extremely fair and professional in pricing both my trade in and the new car. As usual a great selection to choose from. In particular salesman David C does a great job. He is responsive, attentive to detail and ensures you drive away happy. I strongly reccomend asking for him. In a world of commoditization JD and David making buying a Porsche special. Six stars if it was available.

    Just picked up a new Macan Turbo and once again (7th purchase from them) had a great experience. Very fair and professional in negotiating price. The real difference is salesman David C who is knowledgeable, responsive and displays a tremendous attention to detail. He takes time to make sure the purchase experience is seamless and that you drive away being able to take full advantage of the cars capabilities. Six stars!

    Horrible Dealership

    I bought a new car from this dealership. It was the most chaotic experience of my life.I have purchased over 30 new cars in my lifetime and could have never imagined this. The salesperson is supposed to take care of everything for you during and after the purchase. No one returns call at this dealership. It is as if a ghost owns and runs it. My new car arrived nearly a week late. I have been calling for 2 weeks to simply get a copy of my bill of sale for my insurance and am not successful. I have been forwarded to the dealership manager and finance manager whom ever returned multiple calls.The receptionist knows me by name and is embarrassed with every call.Everyone hides behind her. Please never purchase from these disrespectful people.

    Knowledgable but make sure you know your cars

    This seems to for the most part be a well run dealership. I've looked at few cars new and used. Salesman know the cars well and prices seem fair. I haven't decided who way to go but if you're buying used even if it's CPO you better have the car checked properly. Went to go take a CPO vehicle for a test and low and behold it had a bad tire that no one noticed until we went to drive it. Thankfully another customer stopped me as we were pulling out. No excuse for a car to not be thoroughly checked before being put up for sale especially at this price point. My basic problem is car dealerships in general have all but forgotten about building any kind of long standing relationship and instead just focus on that one sale. As a consumer you have no choice but to shop around.

    Exceptional Experience!

    We leased a gorgeous, white Macan GTS approximately one month ago after the sales manager, John Panagia, undercut the competition and made the deal happen on a Saturday afternoon. We were ready to sign at another dealership when our salesman David Chais contacted me and was able to match the price after getting the approval by John Panagia. We immediately drove over to Jack Daniels dealership where our deal was honored. Thanks to John Panagia along with David Chais, Jack Daniels now has our loyalty. We strongly recommend dealing with John and his team.
