    These are the adjectives that I would use to describe Ivey Motorcars. These folks are Honest and treat you with Respect & Integrity. They’ll give you a fair trade Value as well as a great Value on your new purchase. Customer Service is what they are all about and they go out of their way to make sure that you get more than you expect. They truly value their Reputation and have built it on all of these qualities and principles. I should know; I am a 59 year old Insurance Agent that has bought dozens of cars from various dealers over the last 35 years. I have experienced all kinds of sales people and these guys are absolutely among the best! After a 30 minute telephone conversation with Kevin Ivey I drove 120 miles (one way) to see if they were as good as I thought, and, fortunately for me, I was not disappointed. I drove to the dealership in a BMW and drove out in a 2011 Lexus LS 460 with fewer than 20,000 miles. It is a beautiful car that is every bit as good as Kevin said it was. I went there as a prospective buyer and left as a satisfied customer that felt like I had just done business with a friend.     In November of 2014, I purchased a 2011 BMW 328xi from Ivey Motorcars. My overall experience was excellent. The people were friendly and honest, the prices were fair and reasonable, and the facility was in great condition. In addition, the car I purchased was in top-notch condition. If you're looking for a luxury vehicle, I highly recommend that you check out Ivey Motorcars.

    Efficient Process-was not planning on buying a car

    Two years ago I almost bought a car at Ivey and instead decided on another model elsewhere. Recently, I saw the Range Rover Evoke on their lot and drove it on a whim. The car was unique and intriguing. I didn't come out that day expecting to buy a car. I drove away in the Evoke in an hour! The owner and Michael Hayes were wonderful and made the process efficient and pleasant. They let the car sell itself. No harassment, stalking or hovering that can occur even at luxury dealerships. No preconceived impressions of ability to buy based on my attire of sweatpants, cap and questionable hygiene for the day. This was on a Saturday afternoon and my bank was not open. I was expecting to come back on Monday to deliver my car and title for the trade and the check, leaving the Evoke on the lot for the weekend. Instead, I left my trade, drove away in the Evoke and delivered the title and check on Monday. Pleasantly surprised by the human element.

    Best car shopping experience - EVER!

    I never dreamed I would by a used car. Until we shopped at Ivey Motorcars. The selection of cars on their lot is incredible. We purchased a 2010 and 2012 Lexus RX350 on Dec 11th 2014. Both cars look brand new! In fact all the cars in their inventory look brand new. Mike, Joel, Reid, and Kevin were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! We got a very fair deal on our trade in too! We also plan to have our cars serviced there too. If you are looking for a great deal on a beautiful luxury automobile go to Ivey Motorcars!! You will not be disappointed! Wonderful experience!

    My family has been going to Ivy for the past 5 years when wanting to buy a car. They always have the best of the best in stock, go above and beyond to make the process smooth, and are great folks to work with. These guys work together as a team and really focus on customer service, not just selling a car. If you want to work with a dealership that respects you and treats you like a friend, look no further. These guys also know their stock and make sure you understand how to work your new vehicle. Can't say enough good things about them. My family and I will continue to use them when in the market for cars!

    Honesty and integrity found at Ivey Motorcars

    Christmas came to our house early this year when I called Kevin Ivey at Ivey Motorcars in Burlington, NC, about a 2005 Lexus GX470 SUV. Immediately in the conversation I realized Kevin was straightforward in completely answering each question asked with facts and supporting information. It was very refreshing that his words did not contain any sales pitches usually associated in this type of situation. An appointment was set for the next day to look at the SUV. When we arrived we were greeted by Kevin and found the SUV to be exactly as he described (excellent condition) and beyond the expectations we had for it. After a test drive, a close inspection and detailed information about every aspect of the SUV, we completed the purchase transaction and drove it back to Virginia. I am most thankful for the complete honesty and integrity we found in dealing with Kevin and Ivey Motorcars. We have owned several Lexus automobiles over the years and have always appreciated the way Lexus dealerships treat their customers but Ivey Motorcars demonstrated to us a new level of customer care and impeccable professionalism in the way they handle their business. We have owned the GX470 for one month today and are still thrilled with the whole experience of the purchase and ownership. To be sure, we will be contacting Kevin for any maintenance on this SUV and possible future purchases. Honesty and integrity are rare commodities this day and time and we found them in abundant supply at Ivey Motorcars.

    Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!

    I have never liked the experience of buying a vehicle....until I brought my Tahoe from Ivey Motorcars. From the vehicles on the lot, the facility, to the staff....the entire experience was awesome from start to finish. Mike went the extra mile to get the best rate and the best deal in a professional and courteous manner. Buying a vehicle from a "dealership" doesn't come close to doing business with Ivey Motorcars. If you are looking for a top quality used car, do yourself a favor and look at Ivey's before going anywhere else. You'll be glad you did. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Thanks Mike and Kevin for changing the way I feel about buying a vehicle again.
