    Take your car elsewhere

    Took my vehicle there to get an alignment and oil change and was advised after their multi point inspection that my master cylinder was leaking onto my brake booster, cost to fix $1250 to $2700, and was told the car was unsafe to drive. I had driven the car from Reno because this is the closest dealership. Went to local mechanic in Reno and was advised that the master cylinder isn’t leaking at all, that maybe brake fluid was over filled and spilled. I am disgusted by Infiniti of Roseville tactics to scare me and try and push me to replace something (a very expensive something) that isn’t even broken!!! I’ve called and left a voicemail for the service manager with no call back. UNACCEPTABLE!!

    Dirty cars; rude sales

    I went to Infiniti of Roseville to test drive an QX 56 with the intent to purchase that day. The car that I test drove was still dirty from the previous owner (slime on the console, kid boogers in the back, etc) and had several minor that should have been completed before it was put on the lot. Such as the driver side xxb locks didnt work with the push button. The sales staff didn’t wear masks properly and rolled their eyes when I asked them them to adjust them. This was a group of 5 sales men openly annoyed that a woman was out shopping for a car alone. When I went into use the restroom there was no paper towels to dry my hands with. When I walked out and mentioned this to a sales man who asked if he could help I let him know the issue, which he replied he never goes in the women’s room. As cute as that was, women do buy cars and occasionally need to use the facilities. Also it is the year 2020 and handwashing is an important part of life. The his shouldnt have been the issue it was. Then there’s Ken our sales guy. He did not like the fact that I pointed out a few issues with the car that I test drove and told me “if I didn’t buy this car right now I was dumb.” Poor Ken didn’t realize I had just drove test drove in a similar model with 8000 fewer miles, in better condition, and priced $2195 more. I was ready to buy the car on the Roseville Infiniti lot, but after that experience I brought myself right back down to Carmax and paid a few thousand extra dollars to get a great car. Bummer about that commission Ken. And I’ll be servicing my 2012 QX 56 any place but Roseville infinity.

    Place to go for terrible customer service

    UYER BE AWARE, this dealer will create laws and call you names, just because they think they can do that. Moreover, if they choose to, they'll claim they're government employees. I'm pretty sure that's a crime of itself. They took my money for a month and then canceled the deal because they're so arrogant to check with their attorneys on the CORRECT laws. I had an issue with them on titling process and delivery of the vehicle, and the manager Marco and Robyn were not sure of the laws, but no problem, I was told because they've done this for 10 years, that means they're always right. I'm not paraphrasing...this is what the manager said word for word.

    Surprisingly Impressed!

    My last experience at the Roseville Automall was 15 years ago. I never went back simply because it was a horrible experience that I did not want to repeat. However Sacramento Infiniti had the car I wanted and I was surprisingly impressed by the entire experience there. Fantastic Job!

    I just purchased my 3rd brand new Infiniti. 2 of which I purchased via the internet sales department of Sacramento Infiniti. I love the Service department at Sac Infiniti. Dan Chastain, service advisor, is the primary reason for my loyalty. I trust his advice and the way he always ensures I am taken care of. The purchase experience via the Internet department is easy. I have been coming here for for service for 10 years and new cars for 7. I am a satisfied Sac Infiniti customer.

    Great Deal

    I recently bought a used 2012 Hyundai Genesis 4.6 from Sacto Infiniti. I pretty much cut this deal over the phone since I live over 200 miles from the dealership, but the deal was extremely fair & they got me in & out quickly. Everyone was nice & had a sense of humor, the car was in great shape with no surprises! Gave me premium value for my trade in as well. Looked at a Genesis 3.8 at Folsom Lake Hyundai at first & they acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me! I'm glad the deal went sour over there, because I got a much better car for a whole lot less!

    David Cressey I never go out of my way to write reviews, but after receiving impressive customer service from David Cressey, I felt more than happy too. After more than two days of shopping for a new/used car, we were very agitated and short with every sales person we came across. We were also not the easiest customers to please; without knowing an exact price range or even fully what type of vehicle we where looking for, many sales associates would begin to show there annoyance (from other dealerships). Eventually we made it over to Sacramento Infiniti, where we were greeted by a young man, Justin Barrett, who helped us with the fundamentals of our search. We did not speak to him for very long but he was very pleasant. When we began to talk with David, he was more than happy to help. we dragged him back and forth between cars and he never dropped his smile, which actually seemed genuine. He was always more than helpful with any questions we had and would gladly solve any problems we could think up. When we finally settled on a car to test drive, he was very noninvasive while we where in the car, and the conversations we had where actually very pleasant and unscripted while maintaining very professional. All-in-all David was informative, kind, helpful, and made is feel very comfortable throughout everything. If this company does an "employee of the month" type program, David deserves it hands down. I do not know if this dealership has a different game plan when it comes to car salesmen training, or if we just where lucky enough to stumble upon a person who is excellent at his job, whatever the case, it is working. Thank you David for the amazing customer service, and if we ever need any help. We will hunt you down. Have a great day -Curtis

    Uncooperative dealer

    My wife and I were completely committed to buying a vehicle from this dealer. We had one picked out, had financing secured, and had the remainder of the funds in cash. We dealt with Allen via phone and email who spoke with his finance manager about the deal. All we needed was for them to give us an out the door price (which we weren't trying to haggle with) and a purchase agreement so we could have the check from our bank when we went to pick up the car. Allen told us that his finance manager said they would prefer to have the finance in house, because of timing. I again explained that I would have the check in hand from my bank when I pick up the vehicle. After I explained this, I did not hear from them again. This dealership evidently doesn't want to do business, rather they want to scam people into using their services. I was a completely willing buyer, with all the details worked out and instead of accepting my business this dealer simply wanted to try to make me use their financing and didn't care about what we wanted. I would definitely not deal with this dealership, despite their various positive reviews.

    Great experience

    After a long drawn out search at many other dealerships I ended up at Sacramento Infiniti on January 2nd. I was greeted immediately and I originally had an appointment with Nicole. To my delight Sam C. came out and introduced herself with a nice firm handshake. What was even more impressive was her knowledge of the vehicle. I had been in the market for a G37 sedan, and Sam showed me the way. She could not have been any nicer. When it was time to get down to business Raja was very pleasant and straight forward. I got exactly what I wanted...with a little convincing of course =). On top of that Steve Harris Followed me to the bank so I could pick up my cashiers check and then brought me back to the dealership. While that was going on Sam had my car detailed and had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of programmed to my liking, It was amazing. I have had the car for over a month now and Sam still checks on me to make sure everything is going well. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. When the time comes for another vehicle, I know where i will be going.
