  Had a great experience buying a certified preowned qx50 here! Efficient, good listeners, went to another location to get the model that better met our needs. Would have liked to negotiate a little but overall felt we got a fair price, excellent rate, and in and out timely!

  They say anything to get you there when I set the appointment up I explain everything to him yea we can do that I got there my salesman didn’t know anything an we can’t do that then they call to see if I am coming to the dealership an I sitting there already

  They were unable to repair my Nissan, but found a dealership that could, gave directions and after spending considerable time with the car and me sent me on my way. Not charged anything at all. I highly recommend this dealer.

  First they tried to juice the interest-rate hoping I didn't know math while I was purchasing the car then they let me leave with my two-year-old daughter in the middle of winter with four bald tires in a certified pre-owned car then when I pointed it out to them they wanted me to pay for the new tires and it wasn't until I contacted Infiniti corporate that they did anything to rectify the situation. Completely scandalous completely unprofessional one of the worst dealerships I've ever seen in my life their only hope is that you don't know better

  Good experience without a lot of pressure I liked the sales person. Upscale dealership Got what I would describe as a very fair deal. I was treated with respect. Playing the car game Is always a little problematic but I guess you have to do what you have to do.
