by Julie Wetteland from Gilbert, AZ | December 22, 2018Very unhappy with the situation regarding my Nav/GPS system issues on my currently LEASED 2016 Chevy Equinox LTZ. This issue was determined back in September to be a NEED for me to purchase from GM at a cost of approx. $115, the latest Nav/GPS system update thumb drive to the "fix" the erroneous navigation issues. Purchased update thumb drive, installed update per instructions provided, only to have all same issue exist. Returned car to Henry Brown GMC on Monday December 2, only to find out, since GM doesn't subscribe to GOOGLE Mapping for the Nav/GPS on their cars, the situation cannot be corrected. My question is, WHY didn't the service team know this back in September, when the car was with Henry Brown GMC for a whole week of diagnostics? Guess the only question now is how do I get my approx. $115 back. Very frustrating situation and what's worse is I feel like it was a ploy to just get me to buy something that they knew wouldn't fix the problem. Know full well that Henry Brown GMC knows there is less than 6 months left on this lease, it will be a very difficult decision as to what to do in the coming months. Guess I have to do my homework as to what manufactures use the GOOGLE Mapping for the Nav/GPS on their cars or try and find a car without a Nav/GPS system, so don't have to deal with this huge inconvenience. What's the use of having the Nav/GPS in a car is it consistently takes you out of your way, takes in opposite direction of where you want to be, cause you to be late for personal/business appointment. An addition cost that's useless. Your Very UNHAPPY Customer!

by Anthony G from Arizona | October 24, 2018Worst experience I’ve ever had... they had my vehicle which I purchased from them for a week.... then their “inspection “ list which wasn’t done right ended with me spending over a thousand bucks and then they blamed me n said I ran over a curb....really?.... sooooo all 4 tires go bad in less than a month cause I supposedly ran over something that caused an alignment issue? And 4 bad tires? Was thinking about using them to trade off my 16 powerstroke.... yeah right.... and btw... don’t treat me like I’m an idiot....
