by Ripped Off Customer from Boulder, CO | October 08, 2019Awful experience in purchasing a used vehicle. I was blatantly lied to, and in attempting to resolve the matter privately I was completely blown off. Awful quality of service and I highly recommend that nobody purchases a vehicle here. I've included details below. As part of the "Due Bill" of the sale, it's written that "...if the front sensor issue is not under warranty, Green Eyed will resolve the problem". After calling and speaking to a sales agent at Green Eyed Motors when I found out that the issue was not under warranty, I was told to proceed to have the dealership fix the problem and that Green Eyed Motors would reimburse me. I've attached the "Due Bill" along with the repair receipt for reference with relevant items highlighted in red. This was a total cost of $388.50. Additionally, I was told by Jessica at the time of sale that the tires and front brakes had been replaced. This information influenced my decision to purchase the car. While inspecting the vehicle, the dealership found that the wrong brake pads had been placed on the front such that they were already worn prematurely and that the rotors had not been replaced on the front as they should be for this vehicle (the rotors on this car should be replaced at the same time as the brake pads). That led to the immediate need to replace both front brake rotors and pads. I kept both front brake pads and rotors for reference. This was a total cost of $1,057.33. While inspecting the vehicle, the dealership also found that the right rear tire was of a different make than all three other tires. They also found that both rear tires needed immediate replacement in order to both drive safely (both had minimal tread remaining) and not damage the differential (as differences in tread wear can likely damage the differential on this car). This was a total cost of $728.90.

by Shay from Loveland | October 28, 2018I bought a 2008 Audi S5 with about 54,000 miles on it in March of 2018. Around a month after purchase it broke down. Slave cylinder hose $1300 bucks. Green eyed did pay $377 of that $1300. A month later the slave cylinder blew out, $400. I messaged my sales guy and never got a response. About a week after that, the master cylinder gave way, $1400, and Audi says the clutch needs to be replaced, $4,800. The car also developed, rather quickly, a vibration and wobbling in the steering wheel, control arm bushings, full job $1,8000. I messaged the sales rep and also messaged the business never receiving any kind of response. These guys were pretty cool, although, they use some shady tactics that include having other employees call in and act like they are they interested in the same car you are. They use this excuse to not negotiate on the price saying that someone just called and would pay full asking, even enter a bidding war. Anyway, I paid about 20 gs for it and it needs around $10,000 just to get it on the road 4 months after purchase. I would be cautious of this place, i have seen other reviews were people are claiming the were sold a lemon as well.

by Chelsea H from Denver CO | June 27, 2017Green Eyed Motors is AMAZING! First I drove of the lot with an Electric only car, drove it back and forth from Denver to Niwot each day and was just a little too stressed about getting stranded. I brought the car back and they were so flexible, got me into a hybrid. Did not charge me for the miles I had put on the old car and were very accommodating. Fast forward 6 months later and the car needs servicing via the extended warranty we purchased. The head of finance found me a tow, called me to let me know the car had gotten there. Told me that they will help me get a rental car tomorrow and will have my hybrid back in top shape soon. I am so so impressed! EVERYONE who is looking for a used car needs to come to Green Eyed Motors! I recommend them to all my friends. Truly a great experience!

by George & Beth T. from Boulder | April 20, 2017We went to Green Eyed Motors last week looking for something to replace our 2000 Honda Accord. Left a few hours later with a 2013 Prius. Fred did a superb job going over options with us and, once we had made up our minds, processing the sale. Ambez did a great job of explaining the various pieces of the warranties and finalizing the paperwork. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Having the Baby/Laughing Goat Coffee on the premises is a nice touch....as is the locally produced art work on the walls. GEM proved that buying a new used car can be both easy & fun. Highly recommended.

by Chris from Firestone, co | March 14, 2017When my wife and I walked in and saw their team in casual clothes and a coffee shop in the same building, it puts you at ease. Neither one of us were disappointed with Marcelo and Luke. Sorry I can't remember the finance guy's name. They are worth checking out! Thanks! Chris & Keri

by Tom, the Handyguy from Peyton, CO | February 28, 2017I bought my 2011 Nissan Leaf from Luke over 2 years ago. The car is still a marvelous, solidly reliable money-saving friend. The deal was right and painless. Any little thing I noticed during the buying process was more than taken care of, without issue or even me asking! Luke took the time to teach me about my first electric car. My wife and I continue to enjoy our Leaf, but the real point is the people-pleasing aspect of Green Eyed Motors. No question, I would buy another car from them!
