  I bought my very first car at Gilroy Chevrolet I had the greatest experience buying my first car, the proces was speedy and the car salesmen Marco Andrade made it satisfying,he found the car I wanted at a great price I can afford Gilroy Chevrolet has the Top of the line customer service skills and I will highly recommend my friends and family to purchase their vehicle there!!!

  Earlier this month I purchased a new '17 Cad XT5 at Gilroy Chev/Cad in Gilroy, Ca. I must say I was treated like a "customer" by both salesman Marco Andrade and manager David Rodriquez. I was satisfied with both the trade-in value and the sales price. The paperwork took less than 45 min to complete the transaction. I would certainly recommend this GM dealership to anyone seeking courtesy and fair play.

  Back in July my husband and I purchased a Used Chevy Cruze for my Mother in Law. When we went to the dealership we were greeted by a lovely woman named Brianna Calamia who was very knowledable, and knew what kind of car we needed to fit my Mother in laws needs. She made the process super easy! And was able to get us in and out super quick! Not only was my mother in law super surprised by her car, but was also comforted by the fact she was able to ask the Sales Rep how to do things (Bluetooth and etc) I am writing this review because Brianna went above and beyond for us, and we are super grateful! Our new Chevy Cruze makes us feel at ease, because of its reliability and we don't have to worry about our mom anymore!

  The crew gets it done!

  I came to the service dept with a tire problem that could cripple my day. The crew bent over backwards to correct the problem and sent me on my way in almost no time at all! Kudos to them! I won't take my Caddie anywhere else.

  Very comfortable, coming from a long time relationship with another dealer. Felt like they knew what we wanted and were treated like long term customers thanks to Joe and his son Jose. Shaun also very easy to work with and personable, great stories...just wish we would have made visit on a slower day! Guess rainy weather brings out buyers and lookers, I had no idea.
