    Everyone was nice and helpful and my oil change was done quickly but efficiently and it was at reasonable cost as well. Everything went very well and I will definitely have my next service done at Kia Schenectady.

    Huge huh? More like hue waste of time.

    Well, if you're looking to waste time, look no further than Fucillo Kia. So I as many before me, decided why not give these guys a chance and boy, do I wish I hadn't. Let me start by saying I have less than perfect credit, so coming here seemed to be a great idea. They advertise that they can help anyone and so I called in and spoke to a nice internet representative named Selma. She collected all of my information and got the process ready for me to come in. On my day off I decided to stop into Fucillo Kia and met with a salesmen who seemed to not really know what he was doing. He showed me many different vehicle options even though my credit wasn't great and wasn't sure where to go with me. I told the dealership to run my credit, see what I could qualify for and call me. I never relieved a phone call and I later found out he was let go. About a week later a gentleman called and asked me to stop back in seeing as the sales consultant I worked with was no longer there. I was pleased I had someone follow up with me and set another appointment. When I got there, none of my information that had been documented was saved... (scary) and they had no idea what to do with me. Reluctantly Once we re did the credit app they ran numbers that we "guesses" based on financing. They said they would call me back with information. Now a week later, and 6 attempts to have my sales consultant AND the internet manager get me some answers, no ones called me back. I understand not all customers are financeable, but this HUGE dealership was a HUGE pain in the butt considering they don't even have the decency to pick up the phone after I showed the respect to come in twice. I get it - you sell 200+ cars per month but maybe you should hire some employees that actually care about their customers and at least returning their calls. Not cool... Hope the next person is treated better....

    Buyer BEWARE SHADDY BUISNESS

    I traded in my car ..and they got over on me for what my car was worth. Gave me the new car that I purchased with the gas light on in my car...YEAH THAT IS WHAT I CALL HUGE BILLY FUCCILLO. MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT THE SHADDY STUFF THAT GOES ON IN THIS DEALERSHIP AND SEE HOW IT CAN GIVE YOUR BUSINESS A BAD NAME AND MAKE PEOPLE NOT RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HOW POOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS. THE WHOLE PURCHASE DEAL WAS MESSED UP FROM START TO FINISH. WISH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. BUT LESSON LEARNED AND KNOW I KNOW WHAT TO TELL PEOPLE WHEN THEY ASK ME WHERE I BOUGHT MY CAR...I TELL THEM TO GO TO A DIFFERENT BUSINESS BECAUSE THIS ONE IS DEFINATELY NOT A PLACE A WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING AT PURCHASING A CAR. MANAGEMENT IS SARCASTIC. I AM DEFINATELY NOT GOING TO EVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP, IF THEY CAN'T MAKE A PURCHASE SMOOTH AND FAIR THEN HOW DO THEY EXPECT SOMEONE TO TRUST THEM TO SERVICE THEIR CAR. TAKE MY ADVICE FOR ANYONE WHO READS THIS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE.

    Me and my daughter stopped at the dealership as she is looking for a newer vehicle. We were quickly approached. We told the gentleman what we were in the market for (used around 12k). He said they didn't have anything in that price range but maybe with a new car we could work something out. So we followed him inside. My daughter was preapproved on her own and would like to keep it that way. He said if I was added he could almost guarantee 100% she would get financed. That would mean she really can't afford the vehicle on her own. We told him we would think about it and give him a call. On the way out the door there were a bunch of salesmen sitting a table near the front door. They started yelling cat calls to us as walked past. "Come back we can sell you a car today!!" Is this really how they drum up business?? So unprofessional! All that Billy Fuccillo does for the community and these so called sales employees are giving the dealership a bad name....I would never even think about buying a car there!

    WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH

    I called Fuccillo Kia about kindly removing 4 INQUIRYS off my credit report they were VERY VERY RUDE AND NASTY and said they wouldn't remove them. IT WAS NOT NECESSARY to INQUIRY 4 TIMES THE SAME DAY ONE AFTER ANOTHER when they put in those INQUIRY it brings your CREDIT SCORE DOWN SO BEWARE OF FUCCILLO I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK TO FINANCIAL AND THE MANAGER SAID TALK TO ME I'M FINANCIAL MY NAME IS DAVE HE SAID I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE ANYTHING OFF YOUR REPORT AND WAS VERY NASTY ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. I TOLD HIM THIS WAS IN 2011 AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T CARE. I SAID I WAS GOING TO BUY A NEW CAR AND THERE WERE 4 INQUIRYS ON ALREADY BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! FUCCILLO IS NOT ALL THEY CLAIM TO BE I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THOSE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MANY INQUIRYS ARE ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    stoped in to look at buying a new car they tried to steal my trade and charge me 20 percent interst on less than perfect credit i will not return also tried to push us into a cheaper car just so they could make a sale

    Service department horrible !!!

    I've had my kia now for 3 years and love it ! I recently took my kia in for an oil change . I had a free oil change coupon I wanted to use . I dropped my car off the night before so the next day they called me and said .. " your car is on the life and we notice the cabin air filter is very dirty . There's some rust on your breaks and your transmission fluid is dirty " right away I knew they were lying because 2 months previous to this I had my cabin air filter changed and still had the receipt to prove it to them . Also my car only has 24000 miles . You shouldn't have to change the transmission fluid that soon ! I told them to just do the oil change and ill take care of the rest . After I picked up my car I took it right to a family friend who is a macanic and owns a business . He put my car on the lift and not one thing they said was true ! I am so disappointed they would try to get $500 out of someone right before Christmas ! I called them right away and left a message for the manager in the service department and he never got back to me . I also turned them into the 1800 kia number .. This Schenectady branch really knows how to stick it to people . I will never do. Business with them again nor buy another kia from them . They thought because I was a female they could get me . But if they checked there records they would of seen I just had the air filter changed ! GET SECOND OPINON if smart before they steel your money

    I was on my way to another dealership who claimed to specialize in "poor credit financing" when I saw my dream car in front of Fuccillo Kia. I flew past it at about 40 mph and turned around to take a closer look. While looking at it (and dreaming about it), De'Sean Kittell walked up and asked to help me. I told him I was just dreaming and explained my circumstances. He said and I quote: "I can make this a reality for you". Although I was skeptical and really didn't want to waste his time, I agreed. Now, I am driving next years model...a 2013 Kia Sorento. De'Sean Kittell is the ultimate professional. His confidence is overshadowed only by his intelligence which he puts to the most diligent use on his customers behalf. I personally encourage and recommend anyone who is looking for a new (or used) car to contact De'Sean at Fuccillo Kia if they want their dream to become a reality. I did and I am now living the dream!! Thank you De'Sean for having the confidence in me that I lacked in myself. You ARE the best and I will make it known!!!
