  Went there looking for a new car walked around for about 20 minutes no one came out to help me. I kept looking around but ended up leaving and going to another dealership to purchase a new car.

  I was told I was approved they took my cash deposit had me sitting for over 3 hrs signed papers was ready to go then told me I was denied cause I didn't have my bank account long enough that was ok and my sales guy was running all over but then they told me I couldn't have my cash back till Monday so I get to go the whole weekend with no car or my cash I gave them ..they always ask for money upfront then if u denied u have to wait for ur money back ..not happy at all

  Liars... The salesman stated that my lease would be paid off. I am left with one payment from the old lease this was not verbally agreed upon. The dealership sent me a check to cover two months and 3 needed to be paid. I wil not recommend this dealership to anyone!

  The insurance company paid off the vehicle. We were a good customer for years. They then proceeded to steal the monthly amount for the vehicle after it was paid off. Watch out for this company and its shady business practices!! They will illegally steal your money!

  Came in ready to leave without a car, but the staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me leave with a great car and a great payment plan. Thanks to Josh, Dave and everyone who assisted me while I was here. The store manager was very welcoming, and I appreciate how understanding he was about my two extremely active kids!

  Our overall buying experience was great. Our Salesman Mel was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. He listened to our requests and put us in a vehicle that met our family's needs. We highly recommend this dealership! If you're in the market for a new car ask for Mel!

  My husband and I went into Fucillo Kia looking for our 2nd Kia and left smiling! We told Heath what we were looking for and he listened and gave us what we needed, which was great customer service. Showed us all of our options and we are very happy with our new car. Thanks, Heath and thanks Fucillo. Have already recommended both our salesperson and our dealership to friends.
