    I would not buy another vehicle from this place

    I call them and asked about a 2012 ram truck 1500 5.7 engine. They told me it was clean and nothing was wrong with it. I had asked them over the phone if the truck had any lifter problems and they told me no that there were no problems with the engine. When I got to there place to drive the truck they had warmed the truck up.. They again assured me that the truck was clean and there were no problems. I look at the truck and I asked them if the truck had any lifter problems because I heard the 5.7 hemi has had problems with lifters in the past. They told me no that the truck had no problems. I had drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive the truck and when I arrived at the dealership. Again they assured me there were no problems with the engine lifters. I bought the truck and drove it home. The next day I went out to drive the truck and there was a ticking sound that I couldn't here when I test drove the truck because they had warmed up the engine before I got to the dealership. I sent a text to them( First National auto ) telling them about the ticking sound I heard when the engine was cold. They would not respond after several texted I placed a call to them and here is what they said and that is we offer the buyer to pay $1000 more to cover anything that comes up with the vehicle after it is sold. SO the reality is they pass off vehicles that they know has problems by doing what they had done to me and they offer you to pay $1000 more to cover the vehicle knowing most people dont bring an extra $1000 when buying a vehicle, so they sell there problem vehicles to someone and then they claim no responsibility and tell the buyer that they offered the buyer to pay and extra $1000 to cover the vehicle incase there are any problems after the sale. This is a scam. I would recommend that people dont buy any vehicles from this place with out first take the vehicle that you are thinking of buying to a mechanic because these guys are about the most dishonest people that I have ever dealt with. The only other thing you can do is pay the extra $1000 to cover the vehicle before you buy it from them because they claim no responsibility once you leave there place. It's a way them to get rid of there problem vehicles and not have to put money into the vehicle to fix the problems the vehicle may have. I would not ever buy anything from these guys again they are scam artists. Good luck if you do decide to buy from this place. Just so you know there were two broken exhaust bolts on the engine and there is a lifter problem that you dont here unless the engine is cold and as the engine warms up you dont here it because of the expansion of the heads sealing against the exhaust manifolds causing things to seal off, so you dont here the noise until the engine cools. AGAIN THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

    Went to look at a car.Had a trade in to offer.They basically told me it was cheap and they couldn’t offer me the value of the car,which is fine,I told them I had a better value for my trade in and would just go there.She immediately asked me to leave because she had an appointment,even though I had to wait for my ride and didn’t see anyone coming in for an appointment.just rude

    Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. To be honest I was a little concerned as I have always bought our vehicles from dealerships (Ford, Kia etc) But We are so glad We gave our business to these guys It was without a doubt the best car buying experience EVER!! Our salesman name is Roy, (I feel like a idiots because I kept calling him Ray & he was such a good sport about it) Anyway Roy wanted to put our intrest before anything.. I have many times been at dealerships feeling pressured & uneasy.. not here the handful of workers here were great to do business with, even the guy Branden who did the finalizing paperwork was great to do business with.. I will not hesitate to do business there again & would highly recomend anybody wanting stress free car buying experience this is the place to go.. Thank you again first national..     These guys worked really hard to get me into the truck I wanted for a great price considering all the obstacles I made for them! I went there thinking I was going to get rejected....again but Gani worked his magic and fought hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was pleasant. I would recommend this lot to anyone who is looking for a good quality vehicle and salesmen that genuinely care about what you want and not what they want to sell

    Good service, very friendly! cars get moved around between their different lots (tacoma, seattle, etc.....) I recommend calling ahead to check that the car is there.
