    Purchased a 2014 F150 Platinum, took it home park it in my garage, two days later noticed a small leak caused by a bird stuck in the spoiler, I called my Sales Rep Jesus Hernandez and Spoke with Josh, His response was no worries we'll take care of it, He gave me the number to their Technicians repair center, made an appointment, took it in and it was well taken care of. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Family trucks and vans in the past four years and I would highly recommend this dealership, Jesus worked hard to get me the loan with the best interest rate, Thank you for taking care of everything from start to finish.

    Car inspection never checked and Transmission no

    John sharp is the worst owners and dealership 6 months later havent fix nothing that was suppose to be fixed.. called because it's on warranty and there was no warranty on it now from the beginning that I explain about the transmission, the door panel, the alarm and wiring off the truck was off and I have messages that they were going to fix it. Nothing yet I call they hang up and or never call back now my truck has is broke down lost business now its going to court so dont go to family trucks and Van's its scram and fraud all over

    Worst Customer Service for their f* up.

    Super upset, I've had my new Jeep 4 months now and still cannot get it plated as they have yet to get the paperwork to the DMV. I've made 4 trips there now with hour waits every single time. No consideration for my time or money. Now the dmv will not give me another extension and I'm back at the dealership trying to get one from them so that I can make a 5th trip to the DMV and miss more work. Salesman Mark was great, Dez the person in charge of my paperwork has a terrible attitude and seems totally unbothered by the fact ive had the car 4 months now and still cannot get it plated. Many other dealerships to choose from that would make this right. As it stands this place seems to not care after the car leaves the lot, even on doing their own paperwork. Now contacting the finance company to see what can be done, they 3 way called dez and recorded her terrible attitude. Hopefully ally stops writing these people loans.

    Terrible Customer service. I had lots of issues with the truck after one week of buying it,and got no help To fix the PROBlEM. Its has been an expensive and very bad investment. I hope no other person has the same problem as I am having with the vechicle.

    Horrible Customer service

    absolutely horrible service. Called to get the engine hours on a vehicle they have for sale. Sales guy said he would not get the info unless i came to term on the price of the vehicle.....Price of the vehicle was NEVER an issue. As long as the hours on the engine correlated to the miles. Sales guy HUNG UP ON ME!!! Dont buy from a dealer that wont give you basic info on a vehicle.

    Worse experience first we tried to test drive a car and it had No gas! Then we were really wanting to buy an SUV and talked to two sales men that never got back to us. They obviously don't want to sell cars there

    Horrible customer service

    Sent the email from cars.com and I did not get a response. Drive down to look at the truck it wasn't there it was at a body shop for "minor repairs" they would not tell me what the repairs were, they told be the truck would be back in about a week and they would let me know. I called two days later and the truck was sold.

    Jesus Hernandez is an EXCELLENT sales consultant. He made my visit pleasant. I Purchased a 2009 Honda Ridgeline through him. Jesus done EVERYTHING perfect. I will be back in the future to purchase another Truck. I will not go anywhere else but Family Trucks and Van. I bought a lot of cars at different vehicle lots. Nothing on earth comes close to Family Trucks and Van. Everyone that works there are AWESOME. I will be referring family and friends there. Two thumbs up.
