  Still happy with my Fiat 500e 6 months later

  I purchased my 2017 Fiat 500e in April 2020 and took delivery in Colorado via car shipper in May. As other reviewers have stated, my car arrived in excellent condition as described and my story is much like the reviewer from Aurora. I’ve driven my Fiat 5000 miles and have been very pleased with my purchase. Doing business with Family Auto was one of my best experience purchasing from a car dealer. No surprises and straightforward buying process over the phone and internet. They even sold me an affordable level 2 charger and placed it in the car before the shipper left their lot. Six months later I feel I needed to come back and share my great experience.

  I bought my 2017 Fiat 500e sight unseen, putting a lot of trust in the existing reviews for this dealership. I have been taken advantage of in the past when buying used cars, but Family Auto has good list prices and a no pressure sales technique. The car was delivered to me in Colorado in the described condition. No complaints from me and I love my little Fiat.

  No pressure, honest sales staff. I bought my Fiat 500e from Family Auto in Pleasant Grove and I will send friends and family to buy from them. After the sale they are just as good as before.

  Bought FIAT 500e sight unseen. The yworked with me to my purchase easy, found a shipper and deal is with one small issue. They worked with me to fix the issues after the sale! Great people!
