    Associates are respectful, well trained if not talented. No troubles, and nightmares if it is FF motors Inc. Get your car from Mike, get your documents from Laura. Yep, and drive home. Just like that. dont get speeding tickets though.

    Thanks to JJ, he made it's all to easy. From start to finish I felt like a VIP, everyone naked sure I was being taken serious, cars looks great, prices are very fair, didn't feel any pressure. Everyone was so nice and congratulated me on my purchase, other dealers I went to did not seem interested in helping me find the right car, but JJ and his sales team did. Kudos JJ

    Not worth it

    I purchased a used 2004 Acura TL. Long story short I bought the car because it was the cheapest I could find for it's age mileage and model. There was a reason for that. When I took it in for a MD inspection it failed. Big surprise. I knew something was up when Jimmy had me sign a waiver stating they would not be held responsible for the car not passing inspection. My fault for thinking Stanley Azor, Jimmy and Mike would be honest people. I mean they sell used cars for a living-I'm a fool for that. The problems showed up when I finished signing the papers. Don't expect anything resembling customer service after you lift the pen from the paper because you won't get it. I called Stanley to see if they would cover half of the costs of fixing the car due to the warranty that was on the car. "I'll see if Mike can call you back within the hour." Apparently Mike doesn't know who a phone works because I got not a peep from them until I call again the next day. This time Stanley tries to tell me I have no warranty. Really? So whats this document stating that I do. "Uhh......let me talk to Jimmy about that and I'll call you right back." As I write this it's been over an hour and I don't expect a word from them anytime soon. The cost of fixing the car is $800 and I know I'm lucky because I've heard people who got it way worse than me especially since I got plenty of mechanic friends. A bit of advice for anyone buying used: GET A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION. If they refuse to let you do so WALK AWAY. Again long story short: Don't buy from Fairfax Motors. They don't deserve your business.

    Confirm availability first

    Saw a car I liked and called a day before to confirm availability, the next day I got an email back confirming the availability of the same car. 30 minutes after receiving the email we arrived to take a look at the car and was told that it was sold last night. Either their inventory is seriously messed up or they just lied to us just to get us into their dealership. Needlessly to say they tried to sell us a different car but at that point after having been lied to it just felt like a slap in the face. This IS our first time buying a used car so it has certainly left a bitter taste and a valuable lesson. On a positive note they were very polite and apologetic, just disappointed that we left with no car and a whole morning wasted.

    Purchased a 2010 Lexus IS 250. Dealt with Jimmy. We ended up getting there a bit later then we wanted and they were almost closed. Jimmy took time to speak with us and was very professional the whole time. He didn’t' so much as try and sell us but inform us about the car as well as answered all of our questions. They did not have the manual or extra key but ordered both and we received them shortly thereafter. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

    First time car buyer

    I found Fairfax Motors while looking through the Pen Fed site. My car was on it's last legs and I needed something for my small family. I had my heart set on a Honda Crosstour. FM had one listed for $3-4k less than anyone else with the same year and make. I received a phone call moments after submitting my information from Paul. We talked for a bit and he had no problem meeting with me, even though it was his day off, the very next day. After my test drive we talked finances. I was able to use my car as trade in and both Paul and the financial agent (I feel so bad I've forgotten his name! He was great!) worked very hard to get me a great loan offer. I enjoyed my time spent and the guys there were very knowledgeable and so very willing to help! Thanks guys!
