Good product, fair deal

We were introduced to Bill Jurczak, who showed us what they had. There was only one we really liked and he was able to make us an attractive enough deal on it that we decided to buy it. Luke Salscheider was the finance manager who handled those arrangements and did so fairly and professionally. The transaction really only took a couple of hours start to finish and we felt that Bill and Luke both valued us as much as our business.

I only had one good experience and unfortunate that service guys its not there no more. Ive spend thousands of dollars getting my car fix here because it kept breaking. Things that were just build wrong and cheap, then us the customer are stuck having to pay for the fix. Thank god that today was my last visit to this place! Once again my dashboard entertainment system decided to not work anymore. They tell me that yes this happens a lot and it needs to be fixed!? Never have I heard of that in this industry! "Yes, we know this breaks all the time but hey what can we do about it?" Thats their answer. Customer pays for it. I moved from Nissan to Cadillac thinking this was an upgrade in quality and service but man was i wrong. I was with Nissan for 14 years and it was amazing. Ive been with Cadillac for 2 years and glad to be moving on! Just need to sell my car. I even tried to get my girlfriend onboard with Cadillac when I first started and she laughs and went with Subaru. It's been nothing but amazing customer support. I get jealous when she takes me to her dealership to get her oil change. Great support, always smiling, and they get to know you. That's what Subaru does. So now I'm looking for a sweet Crosstrack to buy.

I went in with the goal of test driving a 2017 or 2018 Cadillac XT5 to confirm that’s the SUV I wanted to purchase. I had already priced several online, so I knew the features, mileage, and price range I wanted. The XT5 I test drive had very low miles, all the bells and whistles I wanted and was 4 wheel drive. This combination was $4k-$6k out of my price range. I was shocked that they were asking a very reasonable amount and worked with me even more to make it happen. My Sales associate was great and never pushy. I have serviced my CTS at this location for 2 years and they never cease to impress me.

It turned out that two electronic switches needed to be replaced. One switch was put on back order because it was not in stock. I needed my car for a trip out of state. Curtis went above and beyond as he found the switch and I had my car back to make my trip. Many Thanks....

The GM PUSHED ME..., CURSING profanity because they wanted to charge me 250 to fill the Tank. but I politely declined and said il go fill it. OR PAY Normal gas price. THE GM SAYS YOUR NOT GETTING anything from the car UNTIL THE 250 is paid. The GM HIDES the car n ALL MY STUFF in THEIR shop..... I was peaking to see where they went, The GM then starts YELLING YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR BAG .., The GM BUMPING CHESTS PUSHING ME BACK. starts coming close to me that's when i STARTED RECORDING a video! and YOU WILL SEE HIM PUSHING and of course yelling non sense. My bag full OF EXTREMELY sensitive things. My PQSSPORT, MONEY, MEDICATION my CREDIT CARDS And VALUABLE INFORMATION. They REFUSED to let me take it or go fill it and made me pay the 250. Being a non confrontational person I knew i was RIGHT but anytime anything happens at a business they can say anything to the POLICE if they want to say just get him off the property. HORRIBLE PEOPE i will be back.. and try to invest that 250 because your gonna need it. ¿ ¿
