    Dropped my car off for 60,000 mile service and a detail job. Everything was done by the scheduled time at the quoted price. Detail job was very good, car looked beautiful. Service advisor was very knowledgeable and kept me informed as the work progressed. This dealership will take great care of you!

    I bought a used 15 Infniniti Q50S from Coast to Coast imports in fishers. Spotless carfax, one owner. I take the vehicle to have the oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Shortly after a vibration and rumble appears during idle and acceleration. I bring the vehicle to Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti to determine the cause. Within an hour, they claim my vehicle has frame damage and all warranties are voided. They find some rocks in my engine bay and take them out and charge me 160$. OK, whatever, as long as my cars fixed. The technician and I both knew the problem wasn't resolved, but the rumble was gone when I test drove the car so I continued on my way. As expected, the symptoms arose the next day. Because Infiniti Dreyer and Reinbold told me my newly purchased vehicle has frame damage, I'm sure you can imagine how pleasant and enjoyable the conversations were with Coast to Coast. I drop the car off at Coast to Coast, who takes the vehicle to Nissan's Collision Center. Nissan's collision center determines there is no frame damage, and the impact damage observed on the bottom of the car is not frame or sub-frame damage. They tell me they found nothing that would void my warranty. Unfortunately, this process took 4 weeks while I have no vehicle. I bring the car back to Infiniti Dreyer and Reinbold and tell them Nissan's findings, and they agree to look at the car again to help resolve the vibration and rumbling. A socket, yes a socket from a tool, was found in one of the motor mounts. Socket removed, problem resolved. Unsure how the socket got there, but I suspect JiffyLube. But, I was still out $160 to remove some rocks from my engine bay and 4 weeks without a car. The stress and anxiety I endured during that time period, thinking my car had frame damage and that I just purchased a lemon, far outweighs $160 and 4 weeks without a vehicle. I get the car back, all is good. But it wasn't. The driver's side AC wasn't blowing cold air while the passenger side was. This is a known issue with this vehicle, and I've read countless customer's experience similar issues online. xxxx, Infiniti know's it's an issue too. See their service bulletin HA16-06 ITB16-037 released on Sept. 27 2016. I bring the car back to infiniti hoping they will fix the issue on their dime like any responsible company would do. But, my warranty was out, by a month, wouldn't ya know. Unfortunately I didn't have my vehicle for a month, ya know, cause of Dreyer and Reinbold's mis-diagnosis on the rumble/vibration. Who knows if the symptoms would have appeared had I had my car during that time period (during which my warranty was active). But hey, they were kind enough to charge me another $140 to tell me what I told them was wrong with the car when I brought it in (as I gave them the service bulletin). They wanted 400$ to fix it. Ha. This was my first Infiniti, and I really want to like it, but dealing with Dreyer and Reinbold is dealing with corporate america. No customer service, no apologies, not going to make it right unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. I suggest you stay far away from this place, as they are not customer oriented. They are cash oriented. So, I'm out $300 dollars (plus uber rides) for them to improperly diagnose the rumble/vibration and for them to tell me what I told them during my second visit. As a car guru, I get it, vibrations/rumbles are hard to diagnose. But the fact they didn't even offer to comp the AC fix to me is just insane. It's a known issue, see Infiniti's service bulletin, and I didn't have my vehicle for 4 weeks BECAUSE OF THEIR MIS-DIAGNOSIS. Who knows if the AC symptoms would have appeared during these 4 weeks in which my warranty was still active. This was my first Infiniti purchased, and most-definitely my last. Customer service at Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti is non-existent.

He wasn't pushy or rude but very friendly and informative, answering any questions I had. I would 100% recommend both this dealership and Andrew.
