    I came into Nissan place yesterday hoping that I was going to purchase a vehicle because I already have one but due to them telling me that my credit is so bad and so on and so on how did they put me in a brand new 2019 Nissan Sentra and this time when the 1stmy credit was still the same but now I'm there telling me my credit is lower but how is it lower when I pay for the car for 6 months and end up paying the car completely off within 3 weeks so can you tell me what's, cuz I paid the car off but now they will not allow me to get another car but my credit and the same as it was when I first came back in and in May on mother's day so there are a lot of people there are bunch of bulxxxx so I'm letting y'all know not dating day car suck is bad to give you f***** up cars and anything that you're going to just sit there and take it so I advise everybody to do the research really on Downey Nissan and maybe go somewhere else and please don't speak to Elizabeth cuz she is a liar a liar and God know she's a liar. Downey Nissan be very careful because they take advantage of people that have a little bit of money are that works very hard to take care of the kids so do you research my name is Latoya Goodman thank you for hearing my opinion about Downey Nissan

    I will never purchase another car from this dealership or buy another nissan they treat their customers like crop and besides make sure if you do decide to buy a nissan take a mechanic with you make sure you inspect your vehicle before you leave the dealership i bought a 2018 niss altima after 13 months 23000 miles i had to replace all 4 of my tires which is unusual given the fact that the car was bought new i had a deflated tire and 3 bald ones i believe my tires where used and nissan don't want to acknowledge that they have been giving me the run around making up excuses for them not to return my money I'm going to report this to the better business Bureau and contact an attorney who deals with lemon laws no one should have to go through this especially when you are spending alot of money Downey Nissan is where i got the car from buyers be aware especially women they will sell you some xxxxxxxx then run away

    I suggest that you RETRAIN your personnel Edward Tashima. Please do not be RUDE specially when we are already stress out from our US NAVY son is getting deployed 8000 miles away. Why tell us that you couldn't help us if you don't know what SCRA act is. Respect is a basic in all human interaction. You need to call person by their names and not call using your fingers or hands....

    Brought my car in for it's regular oil change, had a 7 am appt, actually arrived at 720, not a problem. Love the new larger facility just barely across the street from the old one. Pulled up, someone greeted me, told him why I came, he sent Maury a service rep out to me, he walked me inside as they pulled my car into the service area. I had a coupon that came in the mail, used it, got my discount, got the tires rotated etc. New waiting area, coffee, tea, bagels, fruit, donuts etc. WIFI, comfy seats, TV etc. I needed an estimate for a part of my fender, Maury came out and gave me a quote. Just about an hour later, on my way with a cleaner car, the free included external carwash. Not one problem. Love my 2016 Nissan Rogue with standard automatic transmission. I do a lot of long distance driving and not unusual to get 40 MPG for me.
