    I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR HERE .They didn’t tell me about the tax title tags cost me another 1500 don’t answer phones when you call because they put u on caller ID DONT BUY A CAR at DON’s VOLKSWAGEN

    Jerome Knobloch was amazing! I sent in my inquiry online, and he got with me right away. He was so responsive, and did everything by text. We had a couple phones calls, but they were super short. He made this process so easy!!! I sold Volkswagens for 4 years, and got out of the business a little over a year ago. I really wanted a Alltrack within our budget along with wanting what we wanted for our Jeep. We came down from KC, and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Me and my husband enjoyed Tulsa all morning, and afternoon. Thank you Jerome for making this the best experience along with making everything work out so perfectly. If you are looking for a vehicle, make sure you ask for Jerome, and he will make it as easy as possible.

    They took awhile to hear back from them after the initial contact, but once they did answer the service was quick and they were to reply and good.

    Took my 2015 Golf in for some minor maintenance issues. Work was finished sooner than was quoted. I was offered commentary refreshments. Normally a complimentary wash is included but it was 10 F. Waiting room is comfortable, clean, fresh; and staff was friendly. Dealership is highly recommended. Special commendations to Doug Bray.

    I purchased my beetle from the previous owners, however I will say that the new facility is beautiful. Don Thornton is the best Auto Group in Tulsa hands down. They are low pressure which is what I want, I was thrilled when they bought this dealership. The service waiting area is very nice and they will work hard to get you in and out quick. Visit them, buy from them, have your car serviced here you will see the difference.

    Do a great job with regular maintenance. Glad that Don Thornton purchased this dealership. I think the new facilities are great, but wouldnt mind sitting on a folding chair. If my Jetta makes 500,000 miles I will buy a new one.
