    Had the rudest experience of my life. Service manager Daniel was extremely rude. I had a 12:30 appointment. At 1:45 I asked about my vehicle. Daniel said he would check on it. 10 minutes later he said they had just put it on the rack. I told him about my appointment time and he said they had to get everything out of the way that was ahead of me. I asked why he made a 12:30 appointment if it took two hours to get started on the vehicle. His response was he would just go get my vehicle. He then printed out some paperwork to make sure I new they didn't do any service on it just in case someone called on it. No worries. I will never darken their door again and I would recommend that no one use their service department. Done with them.

    I wish that I could give them half a star. The Sales Manager John lied and said that they were not pulling my wife's credit, that it was a "soft pull". She immediately got a hit on her credit bureau. I called the gentleman to ask why and he quickly caught an attitude saying that if I am calling him a lier then we would have a problem. Typically car sales lies! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are using your own bank.

    On February 22nd, 2020 my husband and I went into Crain Ford of Jacksonville to test drive a truck. While waiting I was approached by their employee, Derrick Mitchell of said company and asked “was you on soul train, pop that coochie contest?” and he proceeded to say how it was a joke and he’s told other women that and walked away. Well me being the woman that I am didn’t say anything, and instead looked up what he said. Well, I’ll just let you look it up and see what pops up for you. Needless to say at this point I was very upset, it made me feel like a piece of meat, like a dirty woman, I felt so violated by his words and have never been spoken to in this manner. My husband immediately calls the company and speaks to the manager and basically they say that they’ll handle it. Well as we were leaving Little Rock my husband decides to go in and file a written formal complaint and the manager says, this isn’t over you will be hearing from us. Fast forward to a week from the event and we still hadn’t heard from them. I called the manager and he said that he suspended him for a week and wrote him up. Is this enough? Shouldn’t he be fired? I feel like this is so unacceptable, he is a direct reflection of the company he works for so if his company basically slaps him on the wrist, are they saying this is ok to treat women this way?

    Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very nice salespeople. Service was quick and painless, I will always come back to Crain Ford for any work on my vehicles.

    Horrible

    Horrible salesman, seemed prejudice. The "new car" was missing parts, had dead battery, they couldn't find key, and was only willing to talk about a price $10,000 over another dealer for same car.

    Received a call from the GM

    A few days after writing my scathing review, I received a call from the new GM, solving my issue and stating that all of the previous sales managers that jacked me around are no longer working for the company. That tells me that upper management cares, whereas the previous mid level management did not, so they were removed. I believe that going forward the level of service will unquestionably improve and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them

    Brought my car to get serviced here multiple times with issues that it had when I purchased it and they would improvise each time and never get down to a solution. 1 year later I’m back in to get serviced on a recall and now that there is no warranty they hand me an invoice of over $1k in repairs that it had when purchased but they won’t cover. Stay away from this dealership, they also sold it to me with a nick in the windshield and the salesperson told me they’d replace it but never did.

    A few months ago, I was throwing around the idea of downsizing to a new car that would provide better gas mileage than my current truck. I’ve had family purchase from Crane in Jacksonville before, and wanted to make that the first place I looked. I spoke with Byars, who not only walked me through a variety of potential options, but also provided a variety of other perks associated with each car. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It didn’t feel like “dealing with a salesman”.. He was genuine and I could tell he had my best interest at heart. While I did not pull the trigger on purchasing a car that day, Byars sold me on Ford, and more importantly Crane Ford. I plan to begin looking again soon, and know the Crane will be my first and only stop when the time is right for me to purchase!
